Last year I took my jeep to the Jeep dealership and had some maintenance done. They said I needed all this work done soon to my car which would cost some money. I declined and preferred to take my car to a Jeep certified mechanic. I had R&N check the diagnostics and they said my car was still good for a majority of the alleged work that needed to be done. Thank you R&N for your service and professionalism.

I should have written this when it happened. But better late than never. I was going to Vegas so I came here first to do an oil change. When I got to my lady's family's house they noticed my car was leaking oil. Took it to another shop. They said the screw was only hand tightened. It was ready to come off. I would have lost all the oil. I called and left a message. Never got a response. Sad. Not coming here anymore

I took my car in for an oil leak. The mechanics identified the problem, ordered the part, and replaced it along with an oil change. I was very pleased with the service because a previous mechanic I used to go to tried to make the issue lot more complicated than it actually was. This previous mechanic had also replaced one of the parts before and my car presented with the same issue a few months down the line. It’s good to know there are people who are committed to getting the job done right the first time in a reasonable amount of time. I’ll be going back and will recommend to others.

I can’t recommend R & N Auto enough. They have been consistently excellent, professional, and genuinely nice every time I’ve worked with them. Recently, they helped me through a very stressful situation with an engine replacement. Instead of just installing the engine and charging me, they did the right thing and performed proper testing first. They found serious internal issues and clearly explained everything to me, including showing evidence and documentation. Their honesty saved me from wasting a lot of money and dealing with even bigger problems later. They communicate clearly, are very knowledgeable, and truly look out for their customers’ best interests. You can tell they care about doing quality work the right way, not just making a quick buck. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, R & N Auto is the place. I’ll definitely continue bringing my car here and recommending them to others.
