Even though I warned them when I pulled in, this shop overfilled my Benz over 2 QT. After checking dipstick and it became clear the car was overfilled, employee gave a huge attitude to remove the excess oil. Finally one helpful employee set it right. For a $200 oil change, at least put the right amount in the engine.
No one checked tire pressures, no one provided sticker for next visit milage/date. Bad service. Go elsewhere.

Jose is AMAZING‼️♥️ A ladder flew off and landed in front of us too quickly to stop. Our car started to make a terrible sound. We were 75 minutes from home and really scared when we stopped at Jiffy Lube for help. Jose had us pull in over the repair bay, found the problem and had us on the way in no time. Cost was… nothing. But a great payment is a glowing review and this Jiffy Lube is THE BEST for expertise, kindness and support. You’ll find an awesome group of professionals at this Jiffy Lube!!!
