I have been taking my 2012 Mercedes GLK 350 to Hyarcs for over 7 years for all repair and maintenance work. In my experience, Hyarcs does a better job with my car than at the dealership for less less time and less money! My wife has been taking two different family SUVs to Hyarcs for years now and they've always been open, honest, and fair. This is one of the few mechanics we've felt like we can fully trust and always believe we're getting great work at a great price. Today she got a nail in her rear passenger tire while driving my kids. She took it to Hyarcs immediately and they removed the nail and patched the tire for free. Saved us another rainy day headache. Really great service and we'll be customers for years to come.

I would whole heartedly recommend Hyarcs. My experience was great! I drove down to SoCal during the rains and had an engine light come on, and Hyarc's was able to fit me in the day I called. He was able to do an oil change and fix a couple other things and I had the car back by the next day. I was blown away by how quickly they had me back up and running. They were very communicative during the whole process. Sometimes you feel as a woman a little nervous going to mechanics but this was not the case with Hyarcs, Edward was great and treated me well. He even checked in on me a couple days after getting my car back. If you need car repair in Pasadena, 10/10 recommend this place!

I hit the lottery...thank u for all the honest reviews of this place as it gave me the courage to take my car there. It's a clean mechanic shop, reliable, knowledgeable and they know their job. My husband and I took my dad's old car Bucky here for through the CARB Assistance Program for a diagnostic after Bucky didn't pass the smog check. They were extremely thorough and courteous. They had no problem going through the CARB Program, and walked me through all the steps that it required. Once the diagnostic was in, they once again walked me through everything and gave me their recommendations. When we decided to not fix the vehicle, they gave me pointers on next steps. Super helpful, professional, and helpful in a slightly stressful situation. I definitely recommend.

I have had my 2016 Mazda 3 and my husband's 2017 Toyota Ridgeline serviced here for Smog, Oil and other repairs. Very professional service. They tell it to you straight if anything needs to be done or if you can wait on it. They don't try and sell you on "add-ons" like other shops.
