The new guy his Armenian changed me $100 for balancing front tire and he said for alignment it's $190 trying to tell me that it's a good price and it's a only place over there to do the right job, when I went to do front tire balancing it was shaking on the freeway I agree to pay $100 they finished the job I went on the freeway to check nothing changed whatsoever. I went to discount tires they did front balancing for free and $80 Alignment worked perfectly

Came in by chance a few days ago for a nail in my back right tire and they were great! DC suggested a patch (instead of a simple plug) in order to get more life from my Tesla tires. Left the car and came back a few hours later with a tire full of air and only $45 for the work. Love that it's a family business and his son works there alongside him. Will definitely be back if i have any car troubles!

Want to give a Big Thanks to Rons Tire and Wheel for the fantastic customer service. We had previously stopped at a major tire center up the street who were less than helpful to fix a tire. Fortunately Manager was more than happy to help along with giving us great tips on not what to do for flats in the future. We liked that he was honest, and didn't try to up sell by having to purchase a new tire. It was patched up in no time. We will definitely be back for more services. If you appreciate good old fashioned honest customer service this is the place to go. We highly recommend it!

I've been a customer of RTW for many years during the time when DC was the manager. But then there was a manager change. Basically, I stopped taking my cars to the shop and moved my need for service. Out of curiosity, I called to see if the manager after DC was still around. To my pleasant surprise, DC had returned as manager. As of today, I'm resuming my car service needs to RTW! Unbelievable Service! I have seldom been so very satisfied by any service group! While I don't have their names the father and son that helped us out were phenomenal. We had no appointment and dropped in out of the blue to have the tires serviced on a car we had owned for less than 24 hours. They 'rescued' our trip and treated us very fairly! They were courteous, professional and caring! I can't believe how lucky we were to have dropped in on them!
