Most people don’t really look forward to going in for an oil change, but the crew at this Jiffy Lube makes it feel like you stumbled into the VIP lane of life. The waiting room is super spacious and spotless, which honestly surprised me—but here’s the kicker: you won’t even need it because they’re so fast and smooth at getting the job done. Blink twice and your car’s already ready. Special shoutout to Caitlin and the whole team. I actually sat there watching how they worked together—the guys up top and the ones down below—and it was kind of like watching a pit crew at a race. Everyone knew their role, and everyone was locked in. It’s the kind of teamwork that makes you think, “Yeah, the world would run a lot smoother if more places operated like this.” Five stars easy. Respectful, quick, and reliable—I’ll definitely be back.

WOW was I impressed by this store's service. Was greeted by the GM who opened my door for me the wait was VERY short. They were honest with me about what needed fixing and what didn't. Going to be bringing all my vehicles here to be topped off regularly. Guy who helped me was Joshua and he was awesome.

I would love to give them 5 stars for the service and great attitudes. They did a great job except for securing the airfilter causing a check engine light to come on. Had to have it towed to the shop and I was without a car for a few days. I'm assuming it was an easy fix but completely avoidable.

My experience has always been 5***** at this location. The team members are always professional, courteous and they greet you with a smile. Most of them know me by name.. I'm not sure if it's time for me to get a new vehicle or their memories are just exceptionally good. 😆 🤣. They explain every thing clearly and answer ALL OF MY questions. The service is great, the wait time is minimal and prices are reasonable.

I came here today after my car died in the grocery store parking lot. Someone jumped me off and I was afraid to turn it off again because I didn’t have family to help me and I just drove straight here. I was told it was going to be 387 dollars for a new battery because my car takes an AGM battery. Obviously I was stressed out and in a pinch, they offered a small discount which brought it down to 351 but upon some research and some calls home, I was overcharged by over 100 dollars and the type of battery you sold me isn’t even the type my car HAS to have. I could have gotten a lead acid battery for much cheaper with the same battery life. I feel I was swindled and I will NOT be returning to any jiffy lube location.

I called and I was quoted a price of $76 and I had a coupon for half price. I told the gentleman that I had a specific car and he said yes that’s how much it would be and when I went there the price was $100 more and I spoke to the Manager he defended, of course his Tech and I had to pay the difference. I don’t believe that’s right or fair and I will not be going back. Thanks
