I’ll never go to Jiffy Lube again. If I could leave negative stars I would. 15 minute oil change they advertise they tell me why it took them over an hour to do mine?! With no cars ahead of me in line. Also this was the most expensive oil change I’ve ever had to pay for ever! Like $100 more than every other place I’ve gone to. Never again!

Without a doubt this is top notch customer service I pulled off the freeway drove up to the lot and was directed to a bay. My oil change was done in less than 40 minutes and I was leaving goodbye with a air freshener in my hand! Thank you JIFFY LUBE

Update 2/2/26: John the manager was very helpful and provided great customer service after my initial visit did not go as planned. I will definitely consider Jiffy Lube for my future car maintenance. Don't waste your time making an appointment for an oil change since you won't have priority over anyone else already in line. Just procrastinate like everyone else, pull up to get in line, and wait your turn. Home of the hour plus oil change even with an appointment...

Tech 5-star; advisors 1-star. The ref said air filter replaced. Cashier argued it was not. The right hand had no clue what left hand did or told me was fine. Can’t trust staff. Go to Fairview location unless you’re a mechanic in the know. I’m an elder. I felt abused, screwed around!

I arrived early in the afternoon to have my oil changed. There were 8 vehicles ahead of me and I didn’t have an appointment. I took a walk downtown and when I returned 90 minutes later my car was ready. Staff were pleasant and professional.

The check in was super easy and they had my car prepped and ready in a very short time. I was prepared for a hard sell on things I didn't need or new air filters, etc. None of that happened and the mechanic came back, showed me my existing air filter and said it looked good. I'll definitely be back.

Absolutely No Stars O My experience at the Jiffy Lube in Santa barbara was horrendous. I’ve own my car for a total of 17 years & last week was the first time ever taking my car to Jiffy Lube for services. First time Ever. The day after my services my car overheated and my antifreeze was empty. I took photos of the puddle of antifreeze that was underneath my car the day I woke up after the service is a Jiffy Lube. Returned to the To the same Jiffy Lube three more times that week to show pictures and speak with management on how this could happen.. Never once did The managerapologize or even take responsibility for the disservice or the negligence of the staff there. It seemed as if the whole staff was under the age of 21, With lack of experience in customer service and the lack of experience working with a Honda for a simple oil change.. I owned this car for 17 years never had an issue until the day after I left jiffy Lube in Santa Barbara. I’ll never return to Jiffy Lube ever again And we’ll refer to anyone that needs car support to never go to Jiffy Lube for any car services whatsoever not even for the free water they offer there.

Took a little longer than I anticipated as their computer wasn’t working properly—they were extremely communicative and apologetic throughout the entire process. When they asked if I could come back the following day when the program was working properly, they were ultimately able to do what I was requesting without their computer as I was unable to come back.. Great costumer service!! Will definitely bring my car back for any oil changes!

Fast and efficient, they wanted to add a lot of upsells and then didn't follow thru with the tire rotation because they thought my tires were too worn. They were out of power steering fluid and put declined on the review without mentioning it and they didn't check several items that they reported to have checked including break pads and head lights. So their report was not very helpful. Overall the oil change was up to par. I would not go any further with them.
