Unbelievable Service and Standards! A friend of mine told me about this guy. I live in Ojai, but because he was so highly recommended I choose to do business with him. I was in the market for new tires for my newly purchased motorhome. His prices were great, included in the price is mounting and balancing. I made the schlep and drove Betty Bounder up to SB (about 45 min ish from Ojai). Shortly after arriving the gentlemen realized that the 6 tires he quoted the price for would not fit the current rims (I guess the width was different). I was a little upset at the oversight of this important detail and he could tell. BUT, along with an apology, HE OFFERED $40 IN GAS $, JUST FOR MAKING THE TRIP!!! A tire guy that offers gas money to a customer when he's not able to sell or service nothing?! AMAZING business ethics! I will definitely recommend him to others and will make certain to do future business with him. Thank you C tires!

TERRIBLE. I WENT THERE THIS AFTERNOON. THE SIGN SAID THEY WERE CLOSED UNTIL 1:40PM. I WENT BACK AT 1:40 AND THE GUY WAVED ME OFF WHEN I PULLED IN. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS TRYING TO SAY SO I STUCK MY HEAD OUT THE WINDOW AND HE JUST SAID "COME BACK IN 1 HOUR." I LEFT AND CAME BACK AN HOUR LATER. AGAIN, HE WAVED ME OFF AND SAID "TOO BUSY. GO TO BIG BRAND." I TRIED TO ASK WHEN I COULD COME BACK BUT HE WOULDN'T EVEN TALK TO ME AT ALL. SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I WENT TO FELIX JR'S ON SALINAS INSTEAD AND THEY TOOK CARE OF MY FLAT TIRE IMMEDIATELY. I ACTUALLY WORK 2 BLOCKS FROM THIS GUY BUT I WOULD RATHER DRIVE ACROSS TOWN THAN GO THERE.

Really happy:) definitely my new fav place to go to get tires. I got new used tires (all 4 ) and he was kind and worked really hard to get it done + pricing was good. It didn’t feel sketchy and he helped other customers without attitude (he seemed like he just wanted to help). + I liked his office haha he had nice postings on his wall. Definitely Recommend. I will NEVER go back ..I advise the same to everyone....here's what happen..... I needed two tires for the back of my van so I went there to buy two tires I realized they were used he charged me $110 for two of them I gave him $120 for him to keep the change not a big deal 10 bucks big deal this is the day before the three day weekend so I drive away I feel it wobbling in the back that wasn't there before so first thing Tuesday I go back and I told him I'll come back Wednesday morning so I go back Wednesday morning he pretty much blows me off takes the tire off tell him he put it too small one on then put the old tire back on and I have to drive around with a tire that wobbles like a washing machine until I can afford to get another tire and I can guarantee you it won't be there so I advise stay away from this place he's no good as for all the reviews that are good about this place none of them are true because for one he's only been there a year or two at the most and need your good reviews are from a few years back don't be fooled

What a waste of time! I went there and waited for a while, no one come and then one guy told me he is on phone. I am like okay I can wait for few minutes but he was still on phone. And I can see him but he just ignored me right away. Don’t go there! Waste of time!
