I purchased a used Ford fusion from them, was a top notch experience from the start. Not once did I feel as if the dealership tried to get over on me. Cynthia Morales a delight to deal with throughout my experience aswell, there was no wasting time and she handled everything on their end with haste. When it came to signing with the financing department, the young lady was also delightful. They didn't try to get me with any extras and we upfront with everything. Took a few days for the check to get sent and everything all handled so I could take the car. Upon returning to pick the car up I did have a weird little pinhole on the bumper that wasn't there when I had signed however they did assure me that upon my convenience they'd happily get it repaired aswell as get me a loaner for the meantime while the repair is underway. It was a pleasure to work with this dealership.

Exceptional Service Every Time! For me, both service quality and time are incredibly important, and this place nails both every single time. Every time I drop off my car for service, I’m always given another beautiful Range Rover to drive. It’s a great way to explore new features and stay excited about the brand. Plus, when I get my car back, it’s always spotless, washed and looking brand new! The added touch of having a coffee, tea, and pastries section in the showroom really makes the experience special. I was pretty confident I wanted the Evoque, but Farid was super accommodating while I test drove 3 different models just to be sure. Traded in my car and got exactly what I thought was a fair offer. Dealerships are super low on inventory so there really aren't a lot of great deals to be had but since used cars have such high trade in value right now it still works out pretty well. Buying or leasing a car takes forever but Farid worked as quickly as possible and everything went very smoothly. Their product specialist went over all the functionality with me in great detail. These vehicles are packed with technology so this was extremely useful info. Love my new Range Rover!!

I came in after studying up on the dynamics of the extended RR model. The long wheel base is worth it, if you have the cash on hand from your hustle and bustle, drop it at RR SB. You will not be disappointed. They have the same level of service my partner experiences at Fletcher Jones MERC and you want that if you are going to spend your hard earned coin on a luxury mode of transport because if say there is a rare (but it happens) chip failure and the car shuts down you want top notch service to come to you ASAP, get you in a loaner car ASAP and get your hard well deserved luxury ride back under your behind.
