I came in with a stuck headlight bulb out and the cap was stuck. Brayden was able to remove the cap and replace the headlight bulb really fast. When a different place couldn’t. I would highly recommended this jiffy lube for all your needs!

Avoid if you care about your car. I went at this location today 1/31/26 @1700.The shift on duty deserves less than 1 star especially the guy from the front desk for being rude and not admitting his mistake. I went here bringing my own parts(oil change) and I asked for oil change nothing else. I was waiting outside looking at the guy doing the job on my car when I saw him trying to put a diferent type of oil not the one I provided, not wanting to replace the oil pan plug which came with the kit,trying to top off my coolant reservoir with I don’t know what(witch requires a specific type of coolant).When I told the front desk guy that I don’t need anything else but the oil change he started to get rude and claimed that I didn’t tell him from the beginning(which I clearly stated).Poor job performed for $71 just labor not to mention that you can leave with new problems judging by the facts I saw and described earlier.

They have a rhythm and they harmonize so well. I get my oil changed often and always use my coupons and they never try to sell me anything I don’t need. I trust their recommendations as they are very knowledgeable about cars in general. They always ensure my safety. There was one time a thread on my tire was thin and they made me aware and referred me to the nearest shop. All of them are top notch. They all need a nice vacation as a team or some nice raises.

I stopped in today knowing absolutely nothing about cars (like, zero knowledge, zero confidence). All I needed was a little air in my tires and some windshield wiper fluid. From the second I walked up, Jose, Hugo, and the whole crew were so genuinely kind and patient with me. Not only did they take care of the air and the fluid in record time, they went completely out of their way to pop the hood and give my oil a quick check—just to make sure everything was safe and good. They explained everything in the simplest, sweetest way so I didn’t feel silly for not knowing. Then they asked if I needed any refreshments, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me like I was the most important customer they’d seen all day. I was literally in and out in under five minutes, but I left feeling so cared for and happy. In a world where everyone seems rushed, these guys took the time to be truly thoughtful and made my whole day brighter. Their smiles, their patience, and their extra little touches honestly restored my faith in how nice people can be. Jose and Hugo—you two (and your amazing team) are absolute gems.
