Downloaded a coupon this morning and went to my local Jiffy Lube only to be told it was not valid at this location! Also asked for a tire rotation and was told the wheel lock key was stripped and couldn't be used. I showed the tech that the last two rotations done were at their store! All I got was the offer to reimburse me for a new wheel lock key if I brought in the receipt from the dealer. I would rate the entire visit very disappointing.

Pour at best. Had to ask for my fluids to be check,didn't check tire pressure, and couldn't or wouldn't tell me at what Temperature my Antifreeze was good for. Not very friendly staff and the knowledge was very iffy. I guess that's the y work at Jeffy. I really would stay away from this place. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I, as an adult male who knows his way around an automobile have been here several times without issue (usually inspections). However, I feel they took some advantage of my partner who is female and not knowledgeable with cars. They said her wipers would not pass inspection - this was not true. They conveniently sell wipers here. She said OK, they installed them - now the driver side wiper stutters across the windshield no matter the amount of rain. Paid for wipers we didn't need and created a problem we didn't have before. We will both go elsewhere now.

I used to love going to this location because of its convenience. However, lately the last few times I've been has been horrible. This last time I went absolutely nothing was wrong with my car. I went in for an inspection. He pulls the car in the bay and tells me my headlight is out. Im explaining to him that if it was out it would have shown on my dashboard like everything else if something stop working. He tried to say it wouldn't. I didnt have time to go back and forth because either way I need the inspection and the light was now out. Also when I left my car was making a rattling noise but I could not go back as they were closed. When night came, my lights came on only for the bulb to not be sitting correctly so therefore it's not emitting light like it should. I will not go back to this location for services.

This is my second year coming to this location for my car inspection and I’m so glad I did. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I didn’t have an appointment and just showed up on a Monday. Before I could even walk away from my car, a gentleman was asking what I needed help with and they got to work immediately. They didn’t try to sell me any new replacement parts and the waiting area had enough seating and A/C and it was super clean.

Staff went above and beyond to get a windshield wiper blade for the back of my truck, even when they didn’t have to! Came in for inspection. Was told my wipers wouldn't pass. I disagreed though he said it wouldn't pass. I allowed it even though I had changed those blades less than six months ago. I was like whatever man. They told an elderly lady that her brake light was out which she agreed to reluctantly. After the technician left she told me that her husband had already checked the car for issues and found none. Regardless, I should have gotten up and checked out what he was saying, so that's on me. Fast forward to today when I read on nextdoor where many others are having very similar experiences with this particular location. I gave one star, which is uncommon for me, because now I feel betrayed. The entire Jiffy lube organization has lost my trust. I shall no longer use their services for my family's vehicles and shall advise others to do the same. Good job guys, way to go.

I’ve used this Jiffy Lube before and previously had good service, including windshield cleaning and vacuuming, which is why I chose them over my dealer for an oil change. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a traumatizing experience. Shortly after leaving, I merged onto the highway when I suddenly heard a loud metal scraping sound. I immediately pulled over at the end of the on-ramp, only to find my oil pan cover barely hanging on by a single screw. Stranded on the side of a high-speed highway with no tools and no way to fix it, I called the shop for help—but the phone just rang with no answer. With cars flying past me, I had no choice but to crawl under my vehicle and attempt a temporary fix using twine, driving back at 20 mph just to make it safely. When I arrived, the manager removed the piece, stated it wasn’t a critical part, and said they would order a replacement. However, they refused to disclose who had performed the improper installation or confirm any corrective action would be taken. Worse, when I was visibly shaken from the experience, the manager threatened to send me to Honda instead—knowing I couldn’t safely drive there—unless I calmed down. This experience was absolutely terrifying, and I genuinely feared for my safety. No time saved is worth the risk. I strongly recommend going to a dealership or a trusted mechanic instead, even if it takes longer.
