I had such a great experience at Mr. Tire thanks to Tom! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient during my visit. From the moment I walked in, he made sure everything was handled smoothly and kept me updated along the way. It’s clear that he really cares about his customers and takes pride in the work he does. The store itself is also very well-kept and organized, with a clean and spacious waiting area that made the short wait comfortable. Repeatedly get bad service and the timeframes are not met. I have brought in 3 vehicles for inspection in the last few months and every one of them I was told needed wiper blades at 140.00 to pass inspection. I replace my own blades and believe me when I tell you they were all in good shape. If you don’t buy the blades from them, if you come back the same day they go through the entire inspection process again and you have to wait again. So ridiculous. Got an oil change recently and they didn’t put the filter on correctly. We had to call roadside assistance as we were leaking oil everywhere. I submitted the roadside assistance bill to the corporate office and was told someone would get back to me. I’m writing this review, so I guess you figured out nobody has contacted me. They must not need the business because I bring vehicles for the company I work for and they have now lost that business too.

Came here recently for an inspection and had a great experience! Had driven and called around to several places for an inspection but with no luck. As soon as I walked into Mr. Tire, Tom was awesome and friendly from start to finish and handled everything with efficiency and awesome customer service! Everything was handled with professionalism which after my previous experiences attempting to get an inspection done was definitely appreciated. Will be returning in future if I need any work on my car and will be recommending to my friends!

I thought my car had an oil leak, so I came in to get it checked. They inspected it and told me it was just low on oil, so they topped it off. They said I was good to go. It’s been a long time since I experienced such a friendly and honest auto repair shop in the U.S. I’m very grateful—this place is amazing! Highly recommended.

I had the left turn signal bulb replaced on my 2006 Toyota Prius at this location. I was charged $39.44 for the bulb and $60 for labor, for a total of $99.44. I was not informed of the price in advance. I was only told the cost at the time of payment and was told that I had to pay this amount in order to pass the inspection. This is an example of employees and a manager taking advantage of an international student. I asked the manager why the work proceeded without any prior price disclosure, but nothing changed and no explanation was given. Do not go to this place. They are dishonest. I have already contacted Monro’s customer support center, and if I do not receive a proper refund for being charged an excessive fee without prior price disclosure, I will file a complaint with consumer protection agencies.

This place is an absolute mess. I brought my car in this morning to have my rotors shaved down and brake pads installed. They quoted me $280. Only one technician working. I knew coming here that I did NOT need new rotors. Mr. Tire told me after the fact I needed new rotors and it would not be $280, it would be $686. They tried to get me to do Pay Tomorrow for $686 but by the time you pay $686 over 52 weeks, it’s actually $1901 (similar to Aaron’s Furniture leasing). I asked the service advisor to verify with their lube tech/C-tech that they could not shave down the rotors. They told me verbatim that the rotors ARE ACTUALLY FINE TO SHAVE DOWN but the only technician available didn’t know how to use the lathe machine so they had to do rotors and pads. That is INSANE WORK and honestly yall should be ashamed. I did get my brakes done here today because I was desperate (they gave me $200 off so I paid $486) but trust I will never be back. They destroyed my trust.

Thomas at the front desk was professional and helpful. I needed all new tires with several additional services and he took care of me that day. However, I’ve tried calling him to express a few concerns and he never returned my call. First, the mechanic got grease all over my light grey headliner that I cannot get out, they just tossed the spare in my trunk without securing it or putting anything away, and THEY LEFT MY HOOD OPEN! I had to pull over and secure it myself, thankfully before I got on the highway. Not the type of service that I would expect after paying almost $2k at a shop. EDIT: 1/17/26 They say to everyone who posts a unsatisfactory review that they want to resolve the problem, but they have yet to reach out to me to ask for feedback or offer a solution.

I came here with a Fleet vehicle and the new manager Tom did his thanggg!! Usually I would have to wait hours for an approval but I was here for maybe 30 minutes and my vehicle was already approved for service. And he worked miracles with Hertz. They are fast, very friendly, and the environment was clean and comfortable. Please don't hesitate to bring your vehicle here.
