Store employee Erik was unprofessional in making comments about a female guest uncomfortable walking out the front door because a guest with a Great Dane was standing outside. The dog was very friendly and in no way causing issues however as a professional Erik should understand not everyone is comfortable with dogs. Service was quick and Erik did not pressure me on the $60 cabin air filter that I bought off of Amazon for $18. Oilfield Change prices start at $162 when most other Lube and Oil establishments in the area are still less than $100. Pretty pricey for a place with unprofessional staff but will you get you in and out quickly. They also set the passenger side tires to 42 PSI while setting the driver side to 35 PSI. Have to fix that was a bit of an inconvenience. Probably best to go someplace else.

We were helped by Raul and Erik (sorry if spelling is incorrect), and we had exceptional service from the time we walked in. Erik walked us through our estimate, offered additional offered services, we signed, then we got some additional and useful information from Raul. We will definitely be back. We usual get service by Toyota but we moved a bit further from the dealership and this is close and accessible. Highly recommend.

Hi, I've been coming to this branch for a long time. I've been to the Corona and Norco locations. I went to Corona four times, but each time I felt poorly served, especially because I felt they didn't perform the service properly. At Norco, they treated me well and explained what they did. At Perris, I accustomed they did the same, but better. They didn't treat me badly, but this time I asked them to tell me the transmission oil level (other times they did it without asking). This time they told me they couldn't because the car didn't have a dipstick. I told them they used to check it through the bottom cap (that's how they do it on those models), and they told me the level. This time, they refused to do it. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Very fast and friendly service. My tire pressure was low and they filled it up. Windshield fluid was low and they filled it up. They let me know that my break fluid was low and they vacuumed my car. All that for free. All of that as they did the oil change. They advertise that they do it in 15 min but it honestly felt faster.

This location has always been fast, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I have been a customer at this location for years, and would recommend it to everyone who asks where to get an oil change. I previously only used the dealership. But after they forgot to put the oil cap back on four different times I stopped going to moss bro’s 👎

4/1/2025 Went up there around 9am to get air in tires had low pressure light. Heavy set gentlemen with glasses and beanie was on his phone took a while to notice me. Asked for air he left the hose on the pillar. I said we do this ourselves now? He replied yes and disappeared. I get four cars serviced at this place for over 10 years and I like coming here because of the extra services. Because of the services I don’t mind paying 2x-3x more for my oil change compared to the other places in the area like oil changers or speedy lube. After this I will be making a switch.
