Congratulations — I’ve officially found the first oil change shop allergic to common sense. Imagine telling a customer with a brand-new diesel that they can’t bring their own premium oil and filter. I run Rotella T6 and a top-tier filter — neither of which they stock — but instead of working with me, I got a smug, canned ‘that’s our policy’ over the phone. Translation: ‘We’d rather sell you our bargain-bin fluid and mystery filter at a markup than actually protect your engine.’ This place isn’t about service — it’s about squeezing every penny out of people who don’t know better. If you value your vehicle, your time, or your intelligence, steer clear.

I found a screw in my tire late on a Saturday evening and every other local tire store in Menifee was closed at 6 pm or not open on Sunday. We spoke with Jennifer and they got us in & out with a professional flat tire repair and balance in under 30 minutes. Nice, clean facility, Jennifer (Assistant Manager) was awesome and top-notch service. They are now open until 7 pm most nights. My go-to tire store!

Had an appointment and arrived early. Tough guy working the counter seemed rather unhappy in life and certainly not friendly or welcoming. Told him I had an appointment for a nail in tire and Mr. Happy stated that I had two and could not be repaired because of low tread. It became very clear that he just didn't want an issue if they damaged the $2500 Porsche rim. Tires only had 7000 miles and were perfectly fine. America's Tire certainly had zero problems handling the simple task.
