Waste of time. Dropped our car off for a transmission flush and were told it would take about two hours. We agreed and waited. Two hours later, they told us they can’t perform a transmission flush on a closed system. I’m not upset that they couldn’t do the service—I’m upset that it took them two hours to figure that out, wasting our time completely. This should have been identified immediately. Don’t waste your time here.

Oil all over my skid plate which should have been removed before draining. Oil plug and filter secured WAYYY too tightly. This is basic stuff, you’d think a place that specializes in oil changes would know better.

Every time I go to Toyota Service Center it's NEVER under 3 hours. Here it's generally only 20-30 minutes. It's a little more expensive but with the coupons and a rebate gift card it nets to only $10 more than Toyota's $50 oil change. I will gladly pay that premium since I can stop by and get my tires filled for free. Last time Daniel got my tires up to pressure and was quick and helpful. The manager has been keeping this place well run.

The manager, she was real helpful and accommodating. The mechanic Joe informed me on my replacements parts. The asst manager, who did my intake and provided me with information on my service was all helpful. Was very clean, complimentary cookies and honey buns, coffee and water. I would refer and go again.

Great experience at Jiffy Lube location on Paredes. The guys were quick, friendly and didn’t try to hustle me. The waiting room was nice and cool and I’ll have to show up early next time to enjoy the free coffee. When one of the technicians mentioned that the lights for my license plate were out, he offered to help me replace them if I came back with the right bulbs. Keep up the great work guys!

I truly enjoyed the 27 dollar coupon that I got f the automated phone system. This is my first time I go there. Thanx for the coffee although it would be better to have a coffee maker that makes Lattes, cappuccinos, and such — I know I am asking too much but all was good -
