I had an oil change and the transmission fluid flushed and when I got home, oil was leaking on my floor. I contacted Jiffy Lube and they quickly contacted me to resolve the issue. I took my car back and they did a very thorough inspection to figure out the issue and even drove to a local parts store to find a part to fix the issue. Adrian, Shemika, and Jonathan were very helpful and communicated to me what was going on every step of the way.

BEWARE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR VEHICLE STAY AWAY They were so quick that they didn't even tighten my oil drain plug. For what they charge for an oil change you would think they would do it right. Found my van had leaked 3 quarts of oil now my vans making ticking noises.

Went in a year ago and got a oil change and tire rotation. Oil change fine but on the rotation process They left the lug nuts that hold my tire cover on inside my tire. I went in the next day had it fixed come to find out they lost most all the peices. They told me it would be taken care asap but nothing has been done. Wouldnt recommend this place they dont care about customers. Almost two years coming up in december and my tires are still missing the lug nuts no phone call has been made to reach out to me ever. Very upsetting and to top it off the main manager Terrance was trying to help me personally with the situation but in reality was just pushing me out the door.

From the moment I pulled in, he greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. He took the time to explain every step of the service, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how he treated every customer like a neighbor, not just a number. You can tell Tim takes pride in his work and truly cares about people. Friendly staff but the most expensive oil change I’ve seen. 50-100% more than other near by locations. This will be the last oil change here. Also they don’t accept any Jiffy Libe coupons.

I also, thought I had left my credit card there and he was very helpful to check the cameras for me. Thankfully it had fallen off under my seat of car.
