Was driving on 400so when a police officer informed me my inspection was overdue. I went directly to the Jiffy Lube on 800 east and was helped by Darcy (great personality!) who not only got me registered but also got me up to date on a bunch of other things the vehicle needed, so thank you so much Darcy!!

this review is tricky, I came for an oil change, inspection/emission and registration which was expired. One of the techs told me they could not register the car and I needed to go to the DMV. fortunately I asked the woman tech at check out and she told me she could which saved me hours of running around with the DMV. I know we are human and mistakes happen and maybe this misinformation could have been avoided, maybe not. Otherwise the service is good and friendly. thanks. pete

I would not come back here. I came in for an emissions test and they made me replace my gas cap before they would pass it, my sensor light wasn't even on. They just happened to conveniently have one in stock I could buy. Then they tried to get me to buy windshield wipers. My wipers work fine as I used them that morning while it was raining. Then they pushed breakpads on me. It just felt like a constant upsell. All I wanted was to get emissions and registration done. I've never heard of an emissions place making somebody buy a gas cap to pass emissions. I didn't have a choice though because they would not pass it if you didn't buy their conveniently in stock gas cap.

Pretty irritating that they do a full on diagnostic and sales pitch when you just want your emissions and tags done. They even pull out your cabin air filter without your permission just to show you how dirty it is. It also takes basically an hour and $55 to just get your emissions tested. Super irritating.

The whole team at Jiffy Lube was AMAZING! They were all super friendly, upbeat, relaxed, and worked very well together. They took care of all our care needs, answered questions, and were honest in all of their observation on what was going on with our car. It certainly has helped us be more aware of what is going on with our vehicle. Darcy was a deight walking us through everything at the front desk, as were our interactions with Liv, Dan, & Kayden.

I went in with my boyfriend and his car at 1:30 on a Saturday just for emissions and on the spot registration. They told him his car was going to take 20 minutes and my car would take an hour and they would call when it was done. We waited in the coffee shop next door for an hour. We had somewhere to be at 4 but we weren't worried. We came to check after an hour and they said "idk when it will be done i can't tell you" emissions should be a very quick process from my experiences in the past but whatever. We wait another hour in the coffee shop. We then decide to wait inside the small little lobby in hopes they didn't forget about us. 30 minutes later his car was done. However I did not leave until 4:50. Not to mention i didn't even get the registration because the system wasn't working. The whole point of going here was to get my registration. Also when I was getting checked out he grabbed my card out of my hand and then tapped it for me when the machine was literally pointed to me. Some other young guy who was waiting was also being laughed at for not knowing the exact model for his engine. (I saw him wait for an hour)

I went in for a headlight cleaning before winter comes. They finished the job quick and everyone was very professional. I worked mainly with Kris and Kayden and they were both very pleasant to work with. I was ready to drive off and my car didn’t want to start. Kayden tested my battery and it was way lower than recommended. I asked if they could replace it that day and he took care of it for me. I haven’t been to Jiffy Lube in quite a few years (over 10) and I was very happy with my service. Plus I received an email to fill out a short survey and they sent me a coupon for $20 off my next oil change. I’ll see you guys then!

Took my son’s neglected car in for service and the guys were amazing. We knew there were multiple problems with the car and they identified some of them and were able to fix them with a few tightening of clamps. Could’ve easily upsold me, but didn’t. They were all super friendly and gave me all options and recommendations and let me make the final decision. Great service!

I came in for a routine oil change and was told it would take about 20 minutes, but it ended up taking over an hour. Without my request, they checked my cabin air filter, said it was installed wrong, and claimed to fix it. After that, my AC started whistling and airflow into the cabin became restricted. They also did not return the screws for the cabin filter. They told me my oil drain plug was “bald” and said they had to vacuum the oil out instead, repeatedly emphasizing that they were not liable for any damage to the drain plug. Since this visit, my car has been leaking a significant amount of oil from the drain plug, an issue that did not exist before. They also struggled with my electronic oil level system, repeatedly overfilling and underfilling, which has never been a problem elsewhere. I’ve had good experiences at other Jiffy Lube locations, but I will not be returning to this one.

I’ve come here several times, and this is definitely my favorite Jiffy Lube location. Olivia was incredible — she explained everything clearly, took her time, and even made sure I had the best coupons for the services I needed. She truly went the extra mile and made my day. As a woman who isn’t super car-savvy, it can be intimidating when a shop is full of men talking super fast about car issues. Having women on the team here makes the environment feel so much more welcoming and comfortable. I really appreciate that. - I’ll be coming here!

A simple oil change took over an hour and a half. It is not that it took awhile that is the problem. It is the fact that no one told me it was going to take that long. An hour and a half in, I asked how much longer because I needed to pick up my kids from school and all they said was "sorry, the oil is drained from your car so there is nothing to do but wait until it is done". I usually go to other locations and am in and out within 30 minutes. No communication. Meanwhile, I see workers walking around talking and drinking hot chocolate and my car just sitting there with the hood up not being worked on.

I came in for a simple oil change and there was only one vehicle ahead of me being worked on. After pulling into the bay, the staff opened the hood, cleaned the windshield, and did the light check when I arrived—but after that, nothing happened for about 40 minutes while I sat in my car. After waiting around 30 minutes, I asked if anyone was working on my vehicle and was told I would have to wait another 15–20 minutes because they were understaffed. During this time, the technician working on the other car seemed frequently distracted with phone calls and conversations with someone nearby, which didn’t give much confidence in the focus or discipline of the service. Given the long wait and the lack of progress, I decided to leave without getting the service done. I also observed a tire rotation on another vehicle that didn’t look very thorough, which further confirmed my decision to go elsewhere. I understand places can be busy or understaffed, but better communication and focus on the work would really improve the customer experience

John answered the phone when I called and was very helpful with any questions I had and didnt make me feel bad for asking basic question. With the great customer service over the phone, I was convinced to come in! I was greeted by Darci upon arrival who honored my 50% coupon! She explained what service would be done and I was lead outside by Robert. Robert was very patient and helpful when performing the light checks and letting me know what was being done. I waited in the car while they changed my oil and John informed me of services he would recommend. The oil change took about 15 minutes. I definitely recommend coming here for your oil changes. I will be coming here from now on! Amazing staff!

Excellent service from the start. Pulled in on a snowy day and treated so kindly. Everything was explained and my car runs better. I had all four brakes done, new engine filter, new air filter, lube, tire rotation, and inspection. After a test drive, they shoveled the snow out from under my wheels, smiled and waved goodbye. This is a great place for honest, quick, excellent work. I left feeling grateful and safe.
