My wife and I have been very pleased with both of our visits so far. It seems we have found our new favorite local shop for all of our auto needs. We were referred by a family friend when we needed our inspection and emissions done last November for our Chevy Malibu. Everyone is very nice, friendly and professional. At that time we decided that if any future work needs done we would most likely return and recommend. So we recently had to upgrade to a different newer to us vehicle a Chevy Equinox it was time for an oil change. We called and were able to make an appointment within a couple days. My wife remembered the recent mailer we received and our full synthetic oil change was 29.99 best deal around and done by our new favorite shop we trust their work and will definitely return and recommend. The folks at Krueger really came through. After getting a low tire warning light and then refilling the tire with air, I noticed a huge screw in the tire. I drive 40 miles to work so I didn’t want to risk driving on it. I went to Krueger’s; they replaced the tire with my spare. Because of the screw being located on outer edge, I needed a new tire. They ordered tire and installed first thing the next morning. Both days I got to work on time. Krueger’s made a bit of bad luck easier to deal with. Thanks!

This is my second visit for state inspection. They were kind enough to take me home after I dropped my vehicle off. Picked me up when finished. Very detailed about what was found. Made recommendations for next visit. I also observed how they dealt with other clients and I like them. Will return with all my automotive needs.

The staff is very friendly. And the oil change is probably the only thing I can’t complain about. But everything else is why I will never go again. My brakes were grinding really bad. My normal mechanic is about 20 minutes away so I didn’t feel comfortable driving there with them. I thought to try here because it was close to me and I had a coupon. I see now what a huge mistake that was. First off, almost $800 just for the two front brakes to be done. My mechanic told me he would have only charged me $150. And a bunch of other places said they would charge me about $300 max if I wanted to do all four. Feel like I was robbed. I asked them to do my inspection since it was already there for the brakes. They told me it would be about $5000 minimum just to pass inspection. Found out that was all lies. They said needed to replace all 4 tires, would be about $900. Went to my usual tire place, only had to replace the back two and only paid $100. Went to my usual mechanic for a second opinion on the inspection. All I needed was a new gas cap. I was told here that I needed new suspension, the radiator was leaking, and a couple other things. I also asked them to look at my AC/heat because it only works while the car is moving and it’s pulling air in. Couldn’t find what was wrong. I asked them to check my drivers seat because it will go every way it needs to except back. They said it was the motor but they couldn’t find a new one. But my normal mechanic did. NEVER AGAIN!
