Women don’t go here. Think you could trust another woman, but apparently not. I have my catalytic converter cut off along with the oxygen sensors and needed it fixed. I asked for an estimate when I dropped off the car. I was told I had to leave it for the day and to sign that I was leaving it so I did.. when I went to pick up the car, I was in shock I was told I had to pay $126.11. I had no idea why the girl that took care of me Ashley told me oh well you signed the paper it’s for a diagnostic, I said what the hell is a diagnostic I asked for an estimate she said it’s the same thing. I looked up what diagnostic is and it means you ran a test on my car. How possibly did you run a test on a missing catalytic converter?????? Then I looked at the estimate and they wrote up a price of $2832.00 That would’ve totaled out my car I left very upset. A fellow East. Havener told me to take the car to robert service Center in Milford, Ct. he told me the car could be fixed for $1768.90. He had my car for two days did an excellent job and saved. me $1000 now if you weren’t trying to rip me off what were you trying to do?

When I came for flat tire for truck services, The afroamerican man look me very inappropriate and when try go and check my tire and what’s look like, tool me very disrespectful “ you can’t pass this area”?! I know better ways to speak to the costumers more empathetic and honorable for people give you more ways to come back . My first time and now this how’s the thinks happening😡☹️😒

10/18/2021 Stopped in to have a leaky valve checked. Asked to have all my pressures adjusted. Leak was a loose valve core. They replace and checked my air pressure at no charge. Friendly and courtesy service, from the Service desk to the techs that worked on my truck.
