The work they did on my car was fine but they need a serious lesson in customer service. Both the owner and receptionist were the most unfriendly people I've met and they acted like they were doing you a favor for being their customer. I'd never go back because I felt so unwelcome.

I got work from these clowns a while back and forgot to leave a review. They supposedly ordered a new bumper ($$) for my car and installed, a few weeks later the dent that was supposedly taken care of reappeared. So it looks like they didn't order a new bumper at all just fixed what was there and then it concaved again. Unfortunately i had moved to FL and wasn't in town anymore to go back. Can't stand these losers.

Seriously these people ROCK!! I brought my car to a dealership to be fixed after a car accident.. The result was awful. I ended up going here after And they knew exactly what was wrong and did an incredible job fixing my car. I then brought them my other cars to be fixed and worked on and each one came out perfectly!! They are so so nice and personable. I have sent friends there as well and each of them had the exact same experience as myself. I can not recommend them enough?

I needed body work done on my 2019 Mini Clubman (not paid by insurance) and got estimates from four places including Gillette which was recommended to me by a friend. I am recommending Gillette as highly as possible because the overall experience was excellent. Interactions with Barbara (the manager) were clear, professional, direct, and accurate. Jerry (the owner) was easy to talk to and was willing to discuss details of the work and pricing much more than the other places I went. It was easy to tell that they were both honest and upfront, and unlike other places I got the sense that there would be no surprises later. The work was done by Juan who did an excellent job - the car looks new like nothing ever happened. The work was also done on the time line they gave up front and for the agreed upon price which was also the best price quoted. It's hard to imagine the experience could have been any better and based on my experience I will be recommending them to anyone who needs body work.

I was recently in a fender bender and my insurance company scheduled an estimate with Gillette. They were fast and professional and did a great job with the repairs. They cleaned the inside and outside of my car as well and threw away all the trash. I would definitely recommend them and would go back if necessary

Incredibly kind group of individuals especially Barbara and Jerry. They helped me while I was stranded with car issues and let me wait until tow truck arrived.
