This place is amazing and where do I begin? First, the customer service was outstanding and everyone was super friendly. They provided an estimate within 20 minutes and began the process once payment was provided. The majority of the work was conducted before my vehicle was in the shop so it took less than 8 hours for my car to be repaired (front bumper replacement and minor dent removal on the front passenger door). On top of that, they cleaned my exterior and provided me a ride home when I dropped off the vehicle. If your in a similar situation, this is the shop for you!

Hit a stone wall backing out of a driveway (a mistake I won’t make again) and though it was a pain to deal with, Autoworks of Westville made it magnitudes easier than previous collision repairs. It truly is a family business, and that’s reflected in the friendliness and honesty the team provides throughout the repair journey—a special shoutout to Ashley, who handled everything with my insurance. I was so impressed with the quality and speed of the repair and the customer service, and though I hope I don’t need to be back anytime soon, I’ll be referring everyone I know here from now on!

Abby is an angel on Earth! She talked to the insurance company, filed the claim and had the rental ready to pick me up from the shop. Shes as amazing as the job they did on my car! Perfection always. Autoworks never let's me down and I will go the them as long as I own a car. I have PTSD and mental health issues due to car accidents so its always a nightmare for me. However Abby made the process easy and seamless.

We had a snafu with the other owner's insurance but Autoworks handled everything to ensure that not only did they pay but also insisted on OEM parts. The Amendola family run a top flight body shop! They did beautiful work replacing my front bumper and reupolstering the driver's seat. They returned my car to me fully detailed-- an unexpected treat. I was sensitive about this job because it wasn't covered by insurance. It was worth every penny! Autoworks has also provided terrific service and value on insurance claims for me. They are extremely trustworthly.

Amazing service! Ashley went above and beyond and made sure that every part of the process was well taken care of! Initially I was offered a small replacement car, but Ashley made phone calls and I was able to switch it to something compatible with my car that was getting repairs. Autoworks was communicative, transparent, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend!
