★☆☆☆☆ Horrible and rude manager. I was told by my insurance company to take my car there for repair, it was a horrible idea. The left a screw inside my right back passenger door that stops my door from opening. When I took the car to my dealership to figure out what was going on with the door, they told me that someone left the screw into the handle that did the body work recently on the car. After the repair work from my dealership, I went to Joe Hudson to talk to the manager,he then told me that I should have brought my car to them first before going to my dealership even though my car still has warranty at the dealership. The manager is rude, the repair wasn't done correctly, the dent on the car that they say they fixed came back and the insurance ask me to submit a new Claim. Please be aware, they are not good.
