These guys are Honest. Super hard to find in a mechanic these days which is why I believe this is the highest compliment a mechanic shop could get. They tell you what NEEDS to be done now, then what could be done in the near or far future. They don’t push any additional work other than what needs to be done and they are extremely fair in price. These guys are great. They were professional and easy to speak with. They didn’t have the typical douche bag attitude that most mechanics have. Did a walk in drop off to get get my rear brakes changed. Had the vehicle back in just a few hours. They said the fronts were still good and didn’t try to jam me to get all 4 sets replaced. They showed me how worn the rear pads got, so I felt good about taking the car in to get the replacement done

Visited John's Automotive today in Escondido for a synthetic oil and oil filter change plus a tire rotation. All fluids were topped off and brake s were checked and inspected. Outstanding service provided by tech reps Zack and Ulysses. I was in and out in less than 40 mins.Highly recommend Johns Automotive for any type of automotive service.

Brought in my 2019 Honda Accord because there was a loud scraping noise behind my tire. They quickly diagnosed it as a bent dust shield that was rubbing against my rotor. They were able to bend it back and informed me there was no damage to the rotor. Everyone was super friendly and explained everything on detail. Great customer service and a fair price!
