After making a very large purchase, they have been silent for over a month on answering my requests for assistance. Terrible service.

Worst service department in Ford's history made an appointment over a week in advance to get my truck in there to have them look at it and they called me at the end of the day to tell me that they couldn't even get to it and then I had to have an argument with them about what an appointment actually is I would take my truck to Jack in The box to have service done before I would take it back to gosch Ford

Julio has been the one helping me with his customer service skills and extensive knowledge of cars, making him an ideal salesman to work with it has been a pleasant experience.

What a great experience, from my first call all the way to getting my truck back. I've never been here before. The dealership I got my truck from is under new ownership and customer service is nonexistent. Gosch was booked a couple weeks out, but I was able to book an appointment. My customer service rep, Viktor, was friendly and knowledgeable. He offered me beverages, a place to sit or a Lyft ride, if needed... Then Gosch texted me 2 update service videos. These were super cool! The tech showed in real time my truck, what they saw and if anything extra was needed. Great experience!!!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We bought a Truck from the old owners and the new ones have been zero help. Sure, we prepaid for a full Maintance package to now have to drive to Temecula to have it serviced for free?! What a joke, just like the Ford truck we bought which turned out to be a lemon. Save your money, time, sanity and buy something else.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband and I purchased a 2021 F150 from Gosch last year (and yes I reviewed them then as well because I was happy rhan but here’s an update), we have taken it back to get serviced a few times. The last two times have been awful. In December of 2021 we paid for a alignment and tire rotation, we get the truck back and my husband decides to check the tires a few days later to find out one or more lugs on the tires we’re LOOSE! He called to let them know and they gave excuses said our techs would never blah blah. We went on with it. Come to Saturday 8/20/2022, we scheduled a oil change and my husband let Victor know a few things he wanted checked. Victor was completely rude about all the things we needed looked at, speaking to him as he was a child who didn’t know anything about the vehicle, very degrading. Also asked about some recalls and they said they would look at them. We left it there because we had places to be. Come back to pick the vehicle up and on the way home the wobble in the steering wheel is awful. The shakes shook the whole truck, we gave them a truck with nothing wrong with it to receiving it back with a ticking noise and the wobble. Horrible, I can not even believe I spent the money at this dealership. After multiple times to try and keep going back. Now we are trying to reach someone to fix the problem that was never a problem before and have received nothing back. I have videos of the shake and ticking. You would think after purchasing and spending the money at the dealership they would maybe treat you better to receive my business again when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle since my husband got the upgrade this time.

Sean Sweeny is the best car salesman you can ask for. No pressure, worked with me for hours to get the right price. Mike Perez the sales manager is also a standup guy. Unusual to find car salesmen you can trust but these two were honest and solid.

I got my truck serviced for an oil change. I was told I can get a Lyft the following day to come pick my truck up since I was leaving it overnight. I called 3 times, no answer. I left 2 voicemails, no call backs. Time waiting for 5 hours… when I dropped my truck off, all 4 tires had 27-30psi before taking it in for service. After I got the truck, it said 80psi for all 4 tires. I do not know why any tech or service advisor would release the vehicle after this error. Now after two weeks of driving, my PSI reading in the truck is still saying 80psi. They said I would have to pay for the fix.I am now calling them to have them fix my issue after the oil change. No one will answer the call. I was told I would receive a call in an hour when I got a hold of someone earlier today. I have called 4 times. 4th try I called sales Department for them to try and find me someone, they just said “hang on, I’ll transfer you” it went to voicemail again. This place has caused the biggest headache. 1. Oil change, turned into issues 2. Told id have to pay for the issues, yet no issues when I dropped my truck off. 3. Told I can get a free ride to pick up my truck since it was left overnight. No one gave me a Lyft. Paid for it out of my pocket. 4. No one will answer the phone. I do not believe they will ever call back after leaving a voicemail.

Took my car here for warranty work. The service rep was absolutely terrible. I'm not sure he enjoys his job. His communication skills were lacking. He didn't relay information and i had to ask and then he seemed to get irritated. Instead of a greeting like ...good morning.... it was.... did you need something. He didn't bother to call me when parts were in so I could schedule to take my car back to get work done. I had to call their parts department to find out the parts were in. They needed to keep my car and he set up a rental at Enterprise. The ride service never showed up to take me to Enterprise so I just walked there only to find they didn't have a car for me and had told the Ford svc rep that when he called over to schedule it. Gosch also did a recall fix while my car was there but had failed to notate it in my vehicle details. When I took the car to another dealer for basic oil change they needed my paperwork from Gosch to prove recall fix was done. Overall a negative experience. Won't go back to them for service.

Never do business with Aaron ford. Repair a ford van estimate for labor was 10 hours at $372 per hour. Rediculous. We thought it was a mistake but they confirmed. We like to trade/shop local. It was a mistake to take it to Aaron ford. We took it to a mom and pop shop and were treated fairly.

I feel like people are always treated differently and everyone blames each other. The manager never does anything and doesn't even apologize for their mistakes. The service is awful; they never tell you the truth.

TERRIBLE….buy a $100k truck plus maintenance package, extended warranty….at just over 2000 miles, the Service Soon alert turns on randomly and an alert on the Ford App “Powertrain Malfunction/Power Reduced” warning. The “Service Soon” displayed on/off for the next 3000 miles. At 5000 miles I take it in for the first service. When I dropped it off on June 5 at the dealer for service I reported the alert issues, needed an oil change and reported a pop in tailgate when it closes. Initially the Powertrain malfunction warning was reported as a shift module issue and finally traced to the warning was being triggered by incorrect installation of the dealer installed alarm and they needed to order parts for the tailgate. They kept my truck overnight and got me a rental car. June 6 it’s reported the parts will be in on June 6 and it should be ready by end of day. Parts did not arrive and they kept it over the weekend but should be ready Monday June 9. Nope, not ready, still waiting on tailgate parts. I depart out of town and return on June 19. Parts still have not arrived. I pick up my truck on June 20, filthy dirty but I have my truck for the weekend at least, as the warning/alert issues have been resolved ….oh wait nope. June 20, 21 & 22 I get the same Powertrain malfunction warning…..and still waiting on tailgate parts. I drop my truck back off at the dealer on June 23 and notify them of the continued Powertrain malfunction warning and hope the tailgate parts come in. I go out of town again for a week and return June 29. Monday June 30 I call to status my truck. Why did I have to call to find out if the repairs have been completed???? Shouldn’t the service department call and provide status - “We completed all the work and your truck is ready for you”….nope. Not a word from them. So, I call and nobody answers the phone. I leave a message that I will pick it up around noon. Thirty minutes later I call back to talk to a human. Nope…no humans….just an answering machine to leave a message. So I show up at 1230 to pick up my truck. You would think it would be out front, washed and ready to go. Nope!!! I show up, they have to call to have my truck pulled up and it is filthy dirty. By this time, I just want my truck and DONE with this dealer’s exceptionally poor customer service. I will hand wash it my self as I do every week. I drive it home, already pissed that they couldn’t answer the phone after two calls, no call back saying “yes it will be ready”, and it is filthy dirty on the outside. Park in my driveway and think, hey they worked on the shift module I wonder if the shift lever retracts. Nope - doesn’t retract. I hear what sounds like it trying and it doesn’t retract. I call them beyond frustrated and tell them of the problem. They say you can drop it back off…..yeah NO! Done wasting my time. They pick it up 2 hrs after I just picked it up from the dealer to fix it again……. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I later call to speak to the dealer manager. I am told I can leave a message for them. I repeat myself very firmly this time. The sales manager says he can best help me. I review this experience and he states he will talk to the service manager who will call me back in 10-15min. Danton Cramer, the service manager, calls me back and reviews the situation with me. If there is any hope for this dealer, it resides with Danton! He has a rental at dropped at my house, offers to have my truck fully detailed and will personally oversee the completion of all work. July 1 update: Received a call the shift module had to be replaced, work is complete and it is in detail now. The first unsolicited status call I received….

Had a great experience. I had my son’s car service for regular maintenance and waited only about an hour. Only complain is they never call me back to replace door handle sticker replacement. Been waiting for a week already. They said it will take only 2-3 days.

Purchased a vehicle back in September 2025, was a few false promises would occur within a 2-3 months after our purchase. Nothing happened. No communication from Sales Staff and Management Teams Avoid this place - unless you want to run on false promises, and agreements.

I previously serviced my car at Encinitas Ford and have had poor service. I decided to give Aaron Ford a try and from start to finish i had an amazing experience. I got an appointment within 24 hours. The service personnel were all attentive, informative and friendly. They gave me a ride home while my car was being serviced. They dropped it off at my home when it was done. Granted it was only my first time getting service here, but i plan to go here instead of Encinitas Ford from now on.
