I’ve had a service agreement on my ‘21 palisade, so I’ve used this dealership. The new space in Apex is nice; at least you can get in and out of the parking lot. The new check-in procedure is awkward. I got out of my car to walk inside but was told to return to my car and someone would come meet me. Why can’t I just go in and talk to a service advisor? No signage directing you to “wait in the car.” An oil change & tire rotation is billed at $185, so since my service agreement is up, I will find a cheaper alternative - or do the oil change myself.
