This guy is quick and help you understand the problem with drawings and pictures. After starting the work he found other issues complicating the repair which should have altered the price. He took pictures and showed me after the repair and never changed a dime extra. I felt like I gained a great mechanic and a friend.

I've never been so happy about a mechanic visit! Rain is forecasted allllll weekend and mu wipers quit on me. You can hear the motor running, so it needed a transmission. Big chain service shops quoted me nothing less than $300!! What a joke! I searched Google and found Jose's place. I liked the pictures and the reviews decided to give him a shot. Called him up before opening hours and he answered. Gave me a time to come by, I did. He had me good to go in under 10 minutes and for more than 60% off my cheapest quote. I've already scheduled my other needs. He's polite, friendly, family oriented, and he had a younger fella shadowing him- and he was patient and passionate about teaching him. Dont scroll pass without giving him a call.

This is not the 1st 2nd nor 3rd but 4th time my husband and I have used Jose's and every time he has been beyond fair in price, fast in service time and very informative as to what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. He has never once tried to fix or up sale us on something we didn't need or want done. We have and will continue to not only use Jose's but recommend him and his business to anyone needing a mechanic!!

I moved to German Village and needed a car repair shop nearby that was open on Saturdays. I looked online and saw really great reviews for Jose’s Auto Shop. I brought my car in and Jose was quick to diagnose the issue. All I had to do is wait 45 mins for parts and replacement. After leaving, Jose realized he had accidentally overcharged and called me right away and immediately refunded the difference. That kind of honesty and professionalism just does not exist in this industry. I will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend Jose!

I went to five different shops before this one. One of those five being a dealer. All five gave me the run around. They made up issues and incorrect quotes. My father basically begged me to try this place due to all my car issues. I went there and Jose now has a customer for life. He fixed my Trans and did motor work on the top and bottom of the motor. 1/3 the price, he made my car ready to go so fast, I was shocked. My car has never ran so well, so quiet that I wasn't sure if it was turned on in the morning. He also fixed issues that I didn't know from work done from another shop, finding missing bolts and replacing them. It's worth the trip. I expect to have my car for years to come. Also my motor is so clean I could eat off it when he was done.

My daughter’s car, a 2017 Nissan Rogue had squeaky brakes on all four wheels. We called Jose on a Saturday morning, he replaced the brake pads and rotors for a very reasonable price. He also alerted us to a problem with the tie rods which he also fixed. We are so grateful for his quick very efficient service and expertise! Thanks again, Jose
