I have been coming here for years. The owner (George/Jorge) is a certified VW mechanic who does quality work for reasonable prices. Even if you live very far from this shop's location it is worth the drive. A trustworthy and reliable mechanic is very hard to find. Highly recommended.

Excellent work, good value, straightforward and honest communication. I would recommend to anyone. Had an Airmatic strut on my CLS550 replaced. JP did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue, communicating options, and was timely in making the repair.

I am so glad I found Jorge and his shop! I had never hired a mechanic before and I have no knowledge what so ever.. Jorge made sure to explain to me in detail what my car needed and the price was very reasonable for everything he has done. I can already tell I will be a long time customer.

JP save me a bunch of money on repairs. I took it to one shop (thank God they were to full to take my car that day) they said bring it tomorrow. They did not mention that there was a recall on the issue I had on my Volkswagen Passat. I called JP out of curiosity thank God I did the first thing he told me was don't even bother bringing it here go take it to the dealership and get it fixed for free. The the first shop had every opportunity to be honest and tell me about it. The Passat also had a small coolant leak which after the dealership was done with my car I took it to JP to repair and the prices are reasonable and the job was done great. it's hard to find an honest mechanic and when you find one you need to keep them I will continue taking my vehicles to him.

For me, I live by the old adage, "If you have nothing good to say, say nothing at all". JP European Auto was recommended to me from an Auto parts store that I go to for parts frequently in my area. I had been to the local BMW Dealership in Midtown for a battery replacement, and they gave me an analysis of three other issues that needed immediate attention. And to be honest, I knew about them beforehand, but was dreading the expense. All told the three repairs and parts replacement I needed from the dealership was estimated to cost $6238.61 (Alternator, Water Pump, and Mechatronic Sealing Sleeve). You can imagine how I felt, not pleased is an understatement. JP completed all the repairs on my BMW and fixed a couple of other things for a grand total of $570.00. You have customer for life, JP and in the process, in the waiting room, I met a very nice you lady waiting on her car, and maybe....Well, that's for another post. Highly recommended......

Great place to get my wife’s Mercedes Benz ML350 serviced. Friendly and personable. Keep an open mind when showing up as it can give doubts. It’s a shop behind a house with lots of parts cars around the property. Scheduled a transmission fluid service, price was quoted up front, upon pickup he explained the job and what he did and parts used. Price paid was what was quoted. Will be using again in the future.

First of I don't like writing bad reviews, but I took my 2011 BMW 750li to this shop to get all my lights replace in the front and they had my car for 5 days. When I went to get my car JP told me they didn't put the daylight lamp in because they burn out fast. After paying $290 for my lights, come to find out JP only put one bulb in. Second thing is, I went there for a transmission repair and he told me I needed a new or rebuilt transmission, and when I went to another repair shop they found what was wrong in 30 min. and fix it with no Transmission needed. Third thing is JP over filled my oil, and to top it off this guy never answer the phone when having your car days or a week.

1st let me say in agreement with another customer, the location does look a little shady when you pull up to the address. There are vehicles everywhere on the property🤦🏽♀️I arrived early to drop off BMW 428i. The cost quote was great👍compared to dealership and a couple of other European car service places. Anyway, I actually paid less because the original quote was for break pads, sensors and rotors. Turns out, only break pads and sensors needed replacing. Great price, 1 year warranty on work and he does accept Extended Car Service warranty plans. I will be returning when needed.

I had a minor Oil Leak on my Audi A4, that I took to JP for repairs. JP and his mechanic diagnosed the car and told me it was the leaky vacuum pump and quote of over 500 to fix/replace. I brought the car back the next day to have them replace it. Repairs took a little over 4 hours while I waited in the waiting area. Unfortunately that didn't fix the leak and when I contacted JP and brought the car over, he said the PCV was bad and so we ordered the new and had that replaced. And although the price he quoted was for genuine Audi part, the valve he put was aftermarket with very poor reviews. I have not put in anything but genuine parts on my Audi so needless to say I was not happy to see a part that has no markings what so ever. That didn't fix it either and this time JP asked to leave the car with him so he has time to fix and check. I am not sure how me waiting in the waiting room pressured him but anyways this time I rented a car and left it with him. Picked up the car next day bur Long story short after spending close to a 1000 bucks and numerous back and forth trips the car never stopped leaking oil even momentarily. He tried to be helpful and I wanted to like him. He did offer to give me a ride to pick up my rental and bring the car back the next day. But the big issue is he just couldn't diagnose the problem correctly. I am not sure how he as a mechanic can claim the oil leak is fixed when I can see it dripping the moment I got home.

First time visiting and it was Excellent service. Very honest and straight forward estimate. My son's 1985 MB 500SL had an electrical short. They were able to find and fix the issue. Will visit JP European for an AC issue...very fair prices definitely beat Mercedes Benz dealership prices...thanks..

JP is a consummate professional. The location is peculiar but the service is exactly what a car owner is looking for. JP worked in high end dealerships until he was able to open his own place. I've been there to service my MB. In a bad decision I took my car to another place in Pearland that is a quick fix chain for an oil change. They left the oil cap off unknown to me. I left and my car was smoking from every crevice. I thought I might ignite on my way back to the shop. My engine which had been babied prior to this was now covered with oil. Their solution was to pressure wash my engine which has all but ruined it. JP is repairing it one piece at a time. He is knowledgeable. His prices are more than fair. Service is quick. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Great Audi service! I took my 2013 A6 here after overheating and got it fixed for much less than I expected. JP was knowledgeable about the car from the start and even called the manufacturer to get more information. I was back on the road in a couple days and have since taken two long trips without any issues. I plan to use this shop again in the future for all of my cars.

Started taking my Audi Q5 there after getting outrageous prices for work from the dealership. JP is honest, does great work, and keeps the cost of repair down. He is a certified Audi mechanic. He has also done great work on my daughter's Infiniti. Recommend highly with no reservations!!

JP is the best mechanic I’ve ever been to no doubt, after my car would not start, he was able to properly diagnose and repair the issue. He was courteous and kind, and listened to what I had to say even though he had a ton of work to do. JP also has excellent pricing, literally beating out any other mechanic I’ve ever been to. I should also mentioned how quick he is, my car was up and running in less than a day. Quick, kind, affordable, what else could you want?!

Not A Great Experience - Does Not Answer Phone or Return Phone Calls Car needed Turbo replacement, fair price was quoted after initial diagnostic of $120.... Issue was in the process thereafter. It was like pulling teeth to get anyone on the phone, as it is JP's direct Cellphone and he does not answer it frequently or return phone calls (or at least my calls). I only called once a week to figure out an update, as I know the shop is extremely busy. First part ordered took about 2 weeks before it came in broken or with an issue. Replacement part took about the same amount of time, unfortunately, as Hurricane Beryl swept through the area, it caused some disruptions in shipping. However it took me going to the shop down the road to find out any updates on the replacement. After visiting the shop on a Wednesday, he notified me that the part would be coming in on that Friday. Fast forward to me following up on Tuesday, in which he didn't answer my phone call, but my wife had to call and find out that the wrong part had been shipped and received on Friday. Simply a phone call back explaining that would have helped immensely Once at the shop to pickup my car and take it somewhere else, he let me know that the new part would have come in later in the day if I had not cancelled. Not sure if it was true or just him covering for himself. Either way not a great experience trying to get about $2000 dollars worth of work done to my Audi A3.... which was cheaper than other shops. Just overall terrible experience during the 5-6 week debacle was not worth the headache

JP has been servicing my cars for 7 years and I have been please with his service each time. JP service price is very reasonable and he does not try to convince you to spend any additional money. I have referred him to friends and family and they are pleased as well. JP has a passion for cars as well as his expertise on cars. I’m glad that I found JP European Service.

JP European Services is honestly a diamond in the rough. I almost don’t want to hype him up too much because he’s one of those hidden gems you want to keep to yourself. JP is thorough, straight-up, and really knows what he’s doing. He saved me thousands of dollars by actually fixing the problem instead of trying to sell me things I didn’t need. No upsells, no drama, just honest work. He only charged me for the labor, which shocked me in a good way because most places would’ve taken advantage. If you’re tired of mechanics giving you the runaround, go to JP. This is the kind of mechanic you stick with for life.
