Purchased an auxiliary tank for my LC100, had JPR do the install. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Both Ralph the owner and Jim the mechanic/tech who installed the aux tank were very engaged prior to and after the installation. They made sure I know what to expect and how it’ll be installed. Not all shops are like them, most just take your car and money.

Where do I even begin... I have been going to JPR for the last several years. It's finally taken me THIS long to realize how extremely reputable they are. My car is in pretty great condition for being an older car. It wasn't until this year where I took my car into the dealership and they tried to swindle me out of money. Knowing something didn't seem right, I once again took it over to JPR who assured me that, it was actually a small minor issue, rather than the large issues the dealership presented. Once that was fixed, the car was good to go. Going to the dealership and seeing how they tried to hound me for my money while JPR was so honest and willing to work with me really put my full trust in them. It really solidified the integrity these guys have. Ralph and Adrian, you guys are amazing!!

I brought my 2003 Land Cruiser to JPR for the installation of an auxillary fuel tank. Ralph and his crew did a great job on the install, and they got it done quickly. Was referred to by Jeremy to see Ralph at JPR. Outstanding job fair price clear communication outstanding staff. After picking up the car several days later we need to have a battery replaced that was covered under warranty by 3A, we had a sign a disclaimer saying that we would need to register the battery. I called a couple places and it was $150 to run the register. Decided to call Raul he said no problem bring it in tip my guy 20 bucks will take care of it. Went in, was out in 10 minutes was able to meet him great guy. He has our business.

My girlfriend and her son have both used JPR and were extremely happy with the service they received so I called and they had me come in then took it right back. I don't remember her name in the office but she was amazing and Jim that did the work was great too. He took me back and showed me what he was going to do before doing it. They are totally honest and do good work I will trust them completely with any future work.

Been coming here for years, I never ask for discounts , always paid my bill in full. However , lately they do not return phone calls or messages and do not follow up after saying they will. After saving for a major repair on my BMW they recommended it looks like my money is not good enough for JPR. Poor customer service.

Just had my brakes done on my g wagon (this review was long overdue) they have also repaired my mother in laws mini cooper as well as other cars for us .. This are are honest and great at what they do .. The brakes were 2500 st the dealership they did them for 1500 and it’s great and quick Jpr for the win
