I was very impressed with the excellent customer service, speed of service and extremely reasonable prices. They fixed my emergency break and side marker lights that failed the Mass inspection at another shop. This shop is a few minutes walk from downtown Springfield so they can work on my Jeep while doing other errands. My last garage closed down so I needed to find a new one for my 20 year old jeep. It's cheaper to repair then pay monthly loan payments!

This place is a hidden gem for repair shop. I called Saturday to schedule and appointment and I was giving Monday 8/11/2025 at 9 am. The service is above and beyond, fast, super friendly, they treat you like family. From now this is my spot for car repairs.

Paid 1700 mind you they charge 100 dollars an hour for labor work told me it will take 10 hours.. do the math.. smh..less than two months same issue.. parts still under warranty but charging me for labor again this time 430.. so 1430 just in labor for my car to be driving even worse.. these mechanics do not know what they are doing.. and overcharging..very unprofessional at resolving issues they caused.. I would recommend you take your car somewhere that you are going to be valued as a customer.
