Mechanic 1 (mobile): “You need a new slave, can’t do it in your driveway.” Mechanic 2 (dealer): $145 to diagnose “need new slave cylinder, $800 -$1500. But your truck is too old to work on." Grez: “The hydraulic clutch needed to be bled - $100”. Me: New customer for life!! Follow-up: I've been back to Grez twice. The first time was tracking down and fixing a weird electrical problem that kept me off the road all winter. Even though I had replaced the battery before winter, their diagnosis pointed to a bad battery. Bought the battery back to Walmart, they replaced it under Warranty, and Grez slapped it right in. Back on the road! Minimal charge for the debug. The second time was for some brake work on my truck. They called back, gave me a range of options and prices. They knew I was going for inspection, pointed out a likely failure due to tie rod, so I had them replace it. It wasn't cheap, but I 100% trust them. It's a good feeling.

Our daughter goes to school in MA and one day she needed someone to work on her car. We thought, oh here we go we are gonna get ripped off. We were so pleasantly surprised at the job that was done and the cost. We now feel confident if our daughter’s car breaks down while she is at school, that she is in great hands using Grez Automotive. I had my oil changed there, and it was okay, but they were unable to fix my AC. They recharged it when it didn't need it, and didn't repair the actual issue. I was told I'd have to come back if it didn't work, instead of them actually fixing it the first time

So I knew my 04 car needed alignment..took it to a well advertised store they couldn't do it..I decided I won't bother as I intended to buy a new car. But it was annoying me how the steering wheel was off . OMG it bugged me so much I decided to get an appointment at grez. It WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!! Pierre did the job!!!! The receptionist Adrianna. So welcoming. I took a sticker so now I can share the love with others. Go to GREZ!!. Conveniently located. Best price. I did call a few places before. Thank you guys..you are amazing. Keep it up.

I delivered my vehicle to, Grez, with the check engine light on at 8:00 am. The light had been on for over a year. My vehicle had been checked by the dealership and other shops for the same issue and I paid a substantial amount of money, attempting to resolve the issue. Grez figured it all out. I had four things going on and although costly, no where near what the dealership was charging. My vehicle is running well and thankfully, no check engine light. The staff stayed in contact with me and explained everything that my vehicle needed. It was ultimately up to me and I didn't feel pressured. My car was ready to go at 4:30, same day. I will definitely refer people to Grez. A good experience overall!

Got an oil change and tire rotation little under 2 weeks ago. Have had 2 lug nuts fall off and had to tighten 1 other . 3 out of 20 lug nots not properly tightened is just horrible. How can I trust them to do bigger projects. Although was some of the best customer service I have experience I sadly cannot return.

Was recommended to bring my car here by my bosses, they absolutely raved about how reasonable and fast Grez Automotive’s service is! My car had very significant problems, between needing an alignment, ball joints, an oil leak, brake pads, and SO much more. Considering the sheer amount of problems my car had, the total I spent to fix it was very reasonable and service was amazing! The girl at the front counter is such a pleasure to speak with and her customer service is amazing, and the mechanics are very efficient yet quick!
