2023 - Fuel leak at mechanical pump, impossible access, they got it done and my turbo sounds way better to, thanks Chris! 2024 - Engine pulled to seal up oil pan, terrible access, but they are doing it despite the knuckle dragger of a job it is. Appreciate owner himself taking his time to explain to me their findings and answering all my many questions.

Great business that go to for a refrigerated trailer washout. Everyone who works there is awesome. Very helpful and professional. Washouts are thorough and odorless. As you prepare to depart this yard, allow one of their staff to guide you out. Don't allow your ego to cause you to make a mistake that can be prevented. It's a tight yard but worth it.

Scammers Scammers It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop completely unprofessional and dishonest. 0-star Stay away from them. Don’t come here they will rip you off. Avoid this place they overcharge and take advantage of customers I took my truck to this shop because I had a fuel leak. They confirmed that the fuel pump was faulty and recommended replacing it. After they gave me a quote for the work, which was very high (double price)$6453😖(new fuel pump $2290 rest labor-that crazy) , other shops could do same job for $3500. Decided to take my truck to the official dealership. However, when I informed them that I taking my truck to dealer. They said :If you take your truck back, you will need to pay $1,431 for the time we’ve already spent, and they trapped me in this way. In the end, I decided to leave my truck with them to complete the work. After the installation, I encountered several issues, and the job wasn't properly done . They should clean all lanes and fuel tanks from metal shaves, and dirt before install new fuel pump. I told them how it should be done but they ignored me. And they still did it their own way anyway.Before leaving the shop, I noticed that one of my tanks was filling up while the other one had a low fuel level. Fuel level was unbalanced. This happened because the lines and the tank valve were clogged and had not been cleaned. They tried to fix it, but nothing worked. They said that they had done everything they could. Even though they took a large amount of money in a dishonest way, they didn’t even do the job properly. I was forced to take my truck to another shop to fix the issues they caused. And lost couple thousand dollars extra because of them.

My dad’s truck engine broke on the road and it had to be replaced. He was directed to Dave’s. The shop was able to look and quoted for engine options. My dad decided for an used one, shop did the work within the timeframe they said. Once that my dad picked up his truck and was on a load trip, still in the area, engine started giving some trouble, he contacted Dave’s Truck and came back to the shop. They were able to fix the problem, Adam, the technician, was super helpful. Shop did not charge extra for this repair. Good customer service

I was over for a state inspection and the guy put on a federal sticker instead of state. Tracey took care of situation so all parties involved were happy. Hello everyone and be careful where you take your truck nowadays. Had major issue with an engine, people are rude and unprofessional. At the rate of 175$ an hour it is better to go with the dealership and not worry about any of this. Came to tow the truck and my hood was open, someone was putting parts back together when it was parked and no-one supposed to touch it. Unbelievable.Here are some pictures.

Greedy greedy. I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to share my recent experience to help ensure transparency for future customers. Initially, we agreed on a mileage cost of $5 per mile for a 5-mile distance, totaling $25. However, the final invoice included unexpected charges. The mileage was billed at $150, and the labor, which we initially agreed would take one hour, ended up being billed for three hours at $350 per hour, totaling $1,050. Additionally, the brake jam service, which was supposed to take one hour, ended up being billed for three hours, further increasing the final amount. I strongly believe in the importance of clear communication and agreement on pricing to avoid such surprises. Moreover, I would like to caution other drivers to avoid using your services in the future, as the lack of transparency and unexpected charges can lead to significant frustration and financial strain. I was not going to write any type of review about this company but now I have to, if you ever have any body damage to your semi truck or RV and motor home please stay far away from this company cause they are Scam artist and they will over charge you for everything, they have very bad attitudes i came close to cussing them out but i decided to keep my mouth shut cause they had already started working on the job and not to mention they already cash out the insurance money to repair my truck, these people cost me over 2600 hundred dollars out of my pocket because when I brought the truck to the shop the appraiser looked over the truck and got a estimate 955 dollars of pocket plus extra for hotel stays i am strongly recommending nobody does business here period go to your dealership for auto body repairs it going to cost you more money and I regret even doing any type of business with this company, they also tried to hold my truck hostage because I said i was going to dispute the extra charges with my bank and these people are con artist and scam artist please stay far away from this company you have been Warned

These guys know what they’re doing. Fast in and out. Fair pricing. They have a washout bay. Don’t believe the Beta-Drivers that post bs reviews. They come in with their auction bought buy-here-pay-here trucks and want Dave’s to work a miracle!! They have a big shop, parts place, alignment and they are great to deal with. They do take a lunch so come before or after.
