Was sold trailblazer turned out to have been totalled which was not disclosed when asked about vehicle accident history. This is auto fraud, refuses to do anything claiming he did minimum required by law so he is clear of liablity. I am recieving denials for insurance coverage on a vehicle i cant afford to fix because all he does is absolute minimum. Businesses like this should not be allowed. Lawsuit pending....

We need to have something done but they were booked up and I needed it done right away so I did have to go elsewhere but it seems like a fair and honest place if you have plenty of business and if that's an indicator of at work then it must be good

I knew I had a radiator or thermostat issue. High prices and long wait times, I waited 2 days for a job they said would be a couple hrs. I also did everything they recommended which dug into my pockets ans ultimately left me with a vehicle that isn't driving optimal. Instead of directly fixing the problem they worked on other parts that were being affected. Thanks but I could have gotten to that later. Fix the initial problem was my argument but I'm not a mechanic. And in the end they ended up swapping out my old thermostat for an even older one that I had already removed only to be told I'd be charged to put the correct one in. Not saying the work was terrible but they could do a bettwr job on explaining themselves and not just getting the most money out of customers. You get what you pay for I spent well into the 100s but my car needs to go back to the shop... Head scratcher

Jimmy Auto: The tragedy of a good owner with excellent ratings, but wicked and stealing employees. I just move here from Texas and was refer by a friend. Ole boy, I met up with a complete nightmare. This guy call nazreal and a short looking mechanic did welcome me to Springfield. My front passenger side window couldn’t go down, because of a broken window motor. Me, not knowing give my car to these 2 men. After a quick diagnostic they said it was the driver side power window switch that was damaged. Even tho the switch was working perfectly for all the other doors except the passenger side door with the broken Motor. Parts and labor were $258.17, parts was $133.49. I paid. After a few days the recommended part was installed by the two cons, but the passenger side window was still stuck exactly the same way I first when in. That was when nazreal the front man took me on the floor to show me the real problem, which was the front door window motor. With a timid but culprit face he said labor will be another $100 and parts $70 cos they’re two different jobs. I was shocked even up to This day. I’m left with a 2015 Honda Civic switch something I did not need but got it anyway cos of greed. Be careful. Attached below is what I needed to change. It’s 170 total but I ended up paying $428.69 into the pocket of two criminals.

They are so friendly and have never failed me when the fix something in my vehicle. . and if they discover some other issue small or big, they will let you know with the list, the cost of the parts and the cost of labor, it leaves me prepared for when I bring the car back to repair what was on the list.
