By far the best experience I have had at an auto body shop. Jeff was extremely nice, helpful, and lead me in the right direction. All the staff was friendly from start to finish. It was a smooth process and did not take long for them to complete the job. Everything was done exactly as said. I will definitely be back.

Great experience @ Ricks Auto Body. I had to have my vehicle towed (which Ricks took care of without any issues in a very timely manner) I had to sign some paperwork which was all thoroughly explained to me. Jeff took great care of me, and my vehicle was ready for PU in the timeframe they gave me on day 1. When I picked it up the work was flawless and the vehicle was as clean inside & out as the day I bought it new Thank You Jeff & Thank You Ricks

Rick's is awesome. I brought my car here for repairs after a minor crash and they did a great job, keeping me informed along the way, explaining every step of the process, and completing the work in the estimated timeframe. They treated me very well and I recommend them to anyone that needs collision repair! I have used a different collision repair business in the past and coming to Rick's has made me realize I should have been coming here all along. Thanks to everyone there for a job well done!

They were really nice to me and I put them in a pretty bad situation. I had to do something and it was kind of a hassle for them and they still treated me very well. So I would say 10 out of 10. I mean they fixed the car and everything in a timely manner.

Today I went to Rick’s to get an estimate for Rick’s to buff and detail my truck. I went inside and filled out the paperwork and let them take a copy of my registration and then waited for them to come outside. Two gentleman came outside and one was named “Rick”, they started walking around my vehicle to see what needed to be done. Rick ask me if I was getting the truck buffed and the $500 Ceramic Coat, I told him I just wanted it buffed and he said if your not getting the ceramic coating too, I don’t want to do it! I once again Explained to Rick I only wanted the truck buffed and he said if I had known that I wouldn’t have even given you an appointment. So I said I’m all set and he continued to try and convince me to spend more money, I told him “Don’t tell me how to spend my money”! I once considered Rick the body shop with the best customer service but after today, I will never recommend them or ever go back there!

23/10/2024 All I can say is wow! Rick's Auto Body truly is one of the most conscientious customer service oriented company's I've ever dealt with! From the meet and greet by Jasmine at the front desk; Susan and Lisa who professionally piloted my service experience from drop off, interim progress report to final pick up, this was an adsolutely stellar 200% satisfactory experience! I was concerned at first by an initial 2.5 week pick up estimate for completion. I was called Tuesday of this week and told that my car would be ready for pick up today which which was less than a week after dropping it off last Thursday. They did tell me at first they would do everything possible to get the car back to me as soon as possible but parts deliveries can be unpredictable; hence, the original long lead time. They under promised but over delivered big time.They even detailed my car prior to pickup, that was totally unexpected but greatly appreciated! Rick's is a first class company and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Folks do not think twice about Rick's Autobody if you have a need as these folks are rewriting the book on customer service and prompt professional beautiful body work...!!!

My car was brought to Rick's after being in an accident. Everyone I dealt with in person and on the phone were extremely professional and polite, and they did a great job with my car and getting it fixed. Lisa took the time to explain everything I needed and the staff working on my car did a great job, even having my car to me faster than I thought I would get it! I was in an accident 1 1/2 weeks ago. From the time I first talked a representative to touring the car with George and then signing off on it today I had the most stress less experience in a very stressful situation for a senior citizen. I had car ez with my insurance and that is exactly what it was. I recommend Rick's to anyone who needs auto repair from leat to most. Thank you to all the staff.

Rick's does good work, but the reason for my lackluster rating is its "lifetime warranty." I had two cars that Rick's fixed, and painted. One car was fixed about 10 years ago, and still looks great. The other car needed a new door and then was repainted about 9 years ago. After about 7 years, the door that Rick's painted increasingly started turning white, which is very noticeable on a black car. So, I took car to Rick's in hopes that they would honor the "lifetime warranty." The gentleman said he would ask about this at the next meeting (with Rick himself, I believe). When I called back to follow-up, I was told that there would be no free repainting, instead I would be charged $644 (which was a whopping 15% discount). Supposedly it wasn't Rick's fault, but the clearcoat that they used is very often only warranted for 5 years. Sounds like this is splitting hairs to me. I wonder why the rest of the car still looks fine. Maybe the manufacturer puts on a better quality clearcoat. In any event, I ended having the repainting done for $350 at a MAACO-type place that a neighbor told me about. He had his car done there almost 12 years ago, and it still looks great. Maybe they also use a higher quality clearcoat that Rick's doesn't use. So, as another reviewer stated, beware of the "lifetime warranty," unless your life is extremely short.

I can't say enough good things about Rick's Auto Body! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely fantastic. My car needed some serious TLC after an accident, and they brought it back to life better than I could have imagined. The quality of their work is top-notch – my car looks brand new! I recently got my care fixed after being hit by a Deer. Rick's took my car in immediately and said it would take about three weeks. I was called a week and half later and it was ready. They did a fabulous job. It looked awesome. They even painted my mirror on the other side of my car that had nothing to do with the deer accident. Inside of my care was even cleaned up and it smelled great. The service was very pleasant and I want to thank them again for taking such good care of me.

Horrible place, and I'd give ZERO STARS if possible. Receptionist was rude, a tech broke an electrical clip in my door panel, and the Operations Manager did not value my patronage. Removed the front and rear bumper, two door panels, door glass, and headlights from my car. After removal, claimed they found suspension damage. Insurance company declared my car a total loss. Instead of junking my car I elected to keep it. Ricks Auto Body refused to replace everything they took off. After collecting my car I personally replaced everything they took off and drove car for 6 hours; suspension did not fail or give me problems. Also discovered an electrical clip was torn when Ricks Auto Body took off my door panel. This torn electrical clip was never mentioned in the insurance estimate. This torn electrical clip has now rendered the door panel's buttons and electronics useless, and the cost to replace the electrical clip involves a significant amount of money. After asking the Ricks Auto Body Operations Manager why was the electrical clip broken off, I was told, "Yea, those clips get broken off sometimes when the door gets removed." Very professional Rick's, very professional. And the icing on the cake is that they failed to give me my license plates back. When I collected the car the license plates were missing. Later I called Rick's and the same Operations Manager told me, "Yea, sorry about that, it seems we forgot to put your license plates in with the car, I will mail those out to you right away." If I had more evidence, more money, and more time, I would pursue legal action against Rick's Auto Body for violating M.G.L. c. 26, § 8G, and 212 CMR 2.00. Rick's Auto Body, you cashed in your chips on my Mercedes, and I will never do business with you again nor recommend you to my worst enemy. To all readers contemplating doing business with Rick's Auto Body, caveat emptor and good luck!

I visited Rick's as a result of my wife's vehicle being hit in an accident, and ended up buying a truck from them to replace my own car as well! I was amazed at the big selection of pre-owned vehicles that had been restored to gorgeous new-looking machines through their superb craftsmanship! The prices were equally beautiful! In the first two days I owned it, I had three complete strangers approach me about how great it looked. One of them was a prior Rick's customer and he told me how happy he was with his truck that he had purchased there. The sales experience wasn't "sales-y" at all - very easy down to earth discussion with great support and no pressure or hype...None...Zero. Guess what? All of that isn't even the best part. It's the people! What a fantastic team of conscientious, caring people who take pride in their work and work as a team to focus on an extremely high level of customer service. They helped me navigate the complexities of the insurance/repair process and kept me up to date as though I was the only customer they had. I'm very grateful for the significant time they saved me and the headaches that they helped me avoid, even for things that weren't their responsibility like my obtaining a rental car while my wife's car was disabled. Need to buy a car? Need great auto body craftsmanship? Want to deal with the absolute Best People in the business? Rick's is the answer!

Everyone at Ricks was so friendly, accommodating and professional the entire time they were working on my car. In 3 weeks time my car went from what should have been totaled to brand new again! They did an amazing job with both the repair as well as keeping me informed with progress updates along the way. I hope I never have to go through something like this again, but if I do I will certainly be coming back to Rick’s. :) Love that this is a family owned business too— the owners are said to be on site every day and it shows in the integrity of their work!

I was in a minor accident in my 2021 Ford Explorer. Driver side front end damage just enough to require a fender replacement. This was repaired by Rick's in summer 2024. Since then, my wheel well liner is falling out, the fender doesn't align, there is a cover under the car that is falling off. There is an intermittent driver side headlight issue that causes warnings. The cameras don't align, so it it impossible to know where you are in a parking spot Service was good. People were pleasant and they were accommodating, but all these things I need to fix and I shouldn't. I paid fast and also paid for the car that I hit. Didn't complain about cost. I was happy driving away, but the fact that the whole front driver side is literally falling apart 6 months later is disturbing. It was a proper fix with a two page bill of materials and a hefty price tag. I don't have time to deal with it so in their defense, I didn't even call. Maybe they would make it right, but that's not the point. Just frustrated that now I need to buy the wheel well liner and cover underneath, and then pay someone to install them and troubleshoot the headlight, and align the mirrors...nevermind realign the fender itself. Very disappointed and would never go back.
