This place initially seemed good but I soon found out I was wrong. I way overpaid for my starter, it cost me like $540 and I couldn't believe it cost so much . Only good thing was they finished it that day but it still took them 2 labor hours to do it. On top of this my wife returned like a week later for an oil change but she isn't free until like 3:30, and the guy told her he only takes cars after 3. She told him her schedule was tight and he flat out said he couldn't help her rudely. Even the other customer there seemed surprised. I noticed other folks with bad reviews are Latino or some minority, my wife is from Mexico so I am not sure if the guy is discriminatory or not but something to consider.

I was visiting from out of town and ended up having an engine misfire. Marc was able to get me in as soon as possible and fix it for me before my drive home. Excellent reasonably priced and trustworthy service. I've been going there for years now. A local family run business owns it and works very hard for their clients. I don't take my vehicles any where else. Whether you need you car serviced, tires, inspected or what not. This is the place to go.

I woke up to a flat tire this morning. I am just in town for the day for my son's surgery. They got me right in and patched my tire up. Friendly people and great service helped eliminate any additional stress from my day. It was super important that I was able to get back to the hospital before my son got out of surgery and they made that possible.

I was nervous going to any automotive company. Because as a female most of the time I get ripped off. Then, it costing me tons of money. I called them today 10 minutes ago, regarding a state inspection, they told me it’s first come first serve, 10 minutes later I arrived here and they said, the machines are down can’t do state inspection. This is first of all not very convincing while you’re performing a state inspection for my friend’s car already inside the shop :) next time find a better lie.

Harley,Sara and Staff are amongst the most honest, dependable and knowledgeable folks I've ever had the pleasure of working with! They're always giving the least expensive option to keep your vehicle on the road, which, in this day and time, is extremely rare. I recently had a rather pricey repair that was covered under an extended warranty. Sara took the time to work out all the details with the company; I discretion have to deal with this company at all! Absolutely great Garage to deal with- my Family goes nowhere else to have our vehicles serviced or, purchase new tires. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have bringing my vehicles here for years and have never been dissatisfied. Tim (Rest in Peace), Harley and Sara, and all the techs do their jobs efficiently, carefully, honestly, and reasonably. If you're sick of being pushed around and overcharged by auto mechanics, go to Tyre Trak! My review is long overdue, as my significant other and I have been going to Tyre Trak for years. They’ve become our go-to shop for honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced service. When I bought my VW 5+ years ago, I made the mistake of purchasing a five-year pre-paid service package. Since then, I’ve come to distrust the service departments at each dealership I’ve visited. For example, over a year ago, I brought my car in for my “free” service and was told I needed new brakes. I took it to Tyre Trak for a second opinion — they said my brakes were still fine. A year later, during my next “free” VW service, there was no mention of my brakes at all. So, they were supposedly urgent a year ago, I never replaced them, yet this time they're not even flagged? Did my brakes repair themselves? Or did the dealership just try to sell me an expensive service I didn't need? Thank goodness I listened to Tyre Trak, which is where I'll be getting my brakes done when they *actually* need work. During my most recent "free" dealership servicing, I paid $60 to have my wiper blades replaced, thinking they’d use OEM parts and do a precision install. The first time it rained, I noticed a persistent 4-inch streak across the windshield. When I went back, the service tech confirmed the streaking while repeatedly calling me “Ma’am” before angrily saying, “What do you want me to do about it?” I felt if I said anything else, he’d just label me a difficult customer and waste EVEN MORE of my money and time. So, once again, I brought my car to Tyre Trak and they reinstalled the blades, cleaned out the gunk from the windshield, and didn’t even charge me. Tyre Trak has also helped my 84-year-old dad when his brakes were dangerously worn. They repaired them quickly, charged a fair price, and didn’t try to upsell him on anything. They even helped me with a fair market value for a car in an estate matter. I get my car inspected there, bought new tires from them, and trust them with anything. No matter the issue, they’re always happy to help, upfront about what they can and can’t do, and incredibly fair. If you’re tired of being overcharged, dismissed, or pressured by other mechanics, try Tyre Trak! They’re trustworthy, professional, nonjudgmental — truly top notch.
