After keepin my car for 5 days for diagnostic they couldn't get to the Issue wasted my time And Still Got charged for undo job. Ontop of that I got my vehicle back with a Punched Tire. STAY AWAY FROM THESE Money hungry.

Hello my name is Gary Franklin and my car had been giving me admission problems I have in the pass took it to other repair places WEEL! I decided to take it to Pena Lopez auto repair and there first and second diagnostic on the car was very detailed and professional I have no more check engine light car runs great I can finally go get my sticker now and for the time and the amount of price it was worth it if you are having and problems with your car stop by there have a talk with them they will go through the car thoroughly and give you the best diagnosis they can what more can I say!!! I have brought 3 of my vehicles here to be serviced, on one occasion, I brought my 2003 SL55 AMG with a transmission Leak, Wilson stated that my case was cracked and I’d be needing a transmission. I went ahead and let Yahaira source a transmission for my car and paid for it through there financing. With good faith that they would do the right thing, I left it up to her and Wilson to take care of my vehicle, i paid her ahead , and let her pick out a transmission on my behalf with Wilson’s guidance. she never told me the mileage or age of the transmission and I was fine with that, you know, In good faith I know they will do what’s right for me, and here I am, with a faulty transmission, every car I have left them, still suffer from problems related to the services that they have performed. Our car broke down in Springfield Massachusetts and Peña was the only service center open. They were amazing and so kind and helpful. Our alternator went on our Honda Pilot and they ordered the alternator Friday afternoon and put it in that night. They got our car back to us by the next morning. Their service was impeccable and they got us home safe and sound.

I made the mistake of calling this repair shop and asked if they could change a CV axle on my vehicle, prior to commencement of any work, I was provided with an estimated price of $475.00 this estimate was based on replacing the CVS axle right side parts and labor, upon completion of the repairs, I was presented with an invoice totaling $779.73 which significantly exceeded the initially quoted amount without prior authorization, I find this practice was unethical and inaceptable.

2009 Range Rover sport 145,000. Miles. They changed out my fuel pump with a used one. That one didn’t last long, started the back and forth with them, drop the car off for months at a time. They charge me additional costs for miscellaneous issues they create related to fuel pump and continue to charge additional for their time. Claiming it’s not related to original issues. But end up fixing a fuel pump related Cir. And just add random stuff like ECU replacement, and BCM replacement leaving my car with more issues now seat controls don’t work and sunroof. They damaged my key fob when returned to me, they are negligent.

Read before choosing them I chose this shop because of their financing options, as I had three vehicles I needed serviced and planned to prepay for some of the work. The first car was completed quickly with no issues. The second car took longer than expected, and when it was finally returned to me, it was still experiencing the same problem—plus a new dashboard warning light had appeared. I notified them immediately and was advised to bring the car back so they could run diagnostics. Even after doing so, the warning light remained, and I eventually had to have my starter replaced (with another shop). Since replacing the starter, the original issue has not returned, which leads me to believe that was the problem all along. However the dash light is still on. For the third car, I prepaid $2,600 for repairs, which I initially thought was a fair price. They had my car from March 27 to April 14. Despite staying in regular contact, I could never get a clear explanation for the delays. Then the unthinkable happened—my car was stolen from their lot because they left the keys inside. I was told I’d receive a call from their lawyer or insurance company, but I later learned no claim was filed until April 29, weeks after the theft. I was left covering transportation costs out of pocket during that time and had already expressed that I was under financial strain, but that seemed to fall on deaf ears. In the end 6/30/25 over 2months later I received about $4,300 for the stolen car and was reimbursed $2,700. However, I am still owed $812 for transportation expenses I paid due to their negligence. I’ve also requested a refund of the $2,600 I paid upfront for repairs on the vehicle I never got back—but instead of doing the right thing, they’ve chosen to involve a lawyer to fight me. Let’s do the math: $4,300 (insurance payout) - $2,600 (prepaid work) = $1,700. They expect me to buy a replacement vehicle for $1,700 after losing my car due to their mistake. The $2,700 reimbursed was simply returning money already owed, and the $812 I spent on alternate transportation still hasn’t been returned. All of this could’ve been avoided if they had handled my car—and the situation—with proper care and responsibility.
