Service was quick so I was in and out in a reasonable time. I won't give a higher score for two reasons: first I was there for an alignment. There was no print out of before and after figures. Secondly the waiting area is in need of a good cleaning. Otherwise the employees were polite and the visit was pleasant.

I came to this location looking for assistant for a Bridgestone tire warranty on my brand new Durango that has had a body vibration from the factory. That two Chrysler dealers could not resolve. They chopped it up as the tires are defective and need to be replaced. Neither dealer would replace the tires under OEM warranty. I was advised to go to Bridgestone tire location for assistant. When arriving here Manager Brandon took me right in and made me feel very comfortable that he was going to help and resolve this problem. He was very understanding and did everything to help me with this problem, when do Chrysler dealer would. I would recommend this location for all your automotive needs. They actually care and want to make sure you are taken care of! My most recent experience was OUTSTANDING all around. The mechanics and service team who helped me repair my car were all complete rock stars. I once thought Firestone was just for oil changes but couldn't have been so wrong. Remember that shop you always trusted when you were young, because your relatives sort of knew the guys? This Firestone location has become that shop for me. They have never tried to sell me any service I didn't need, are honest, and have kept their prices very fair. My car had an unusual issue. Last summer I thought I might cut corners and have a backyard mechanic replace the AC compressor. A lesson learned the hard way. Not only did the AC only work for a week, but there were also a handful of dashboard lights left on because of this. I brought my car in just for other routine maintenance, but they were still able to confirm the source of the issue. They gave me a couple options to think about. One would have been a very expensive replacement part, and I felt my heart drop (I was planning to drive this car for a very long time), but that's hardly worth it for an older car. The second option would be a very time consuming and labor-intensive repair but would be much more affordable for me if it worked (but no promises). Not only were they able to fix all the lights for me, but they were able to keep it at the goal price. I am so grateful for that. They also diagnosed my "broken" AC for me, though I had completely given up on getting that repaired after losing enough over the summer. Everyone I spoke to gave me the best customer service. They patiently listened to each concern that I had, and never felt rushed, even while talking on the phone. I will continue bringing my car back here for maintenance and any fixes it may need down the road. Extra thanks to Pat, Brandon, Dave, and Kevin!

From the second I walked in and was greeted it was an extremely helpful and accommodating experience. Typically with car stuff in the past at many other places, it’s always a nightmare (as to be expected). This was not the case here. The staff was friendly and even met an alum from the school I work at. All in all a solid experience. I came in to purchase new tires and have some routine maintenance done, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. Brandon, the store manager, was fantastic—he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in running a professional and customer-focused shop. He took the time to explain my options without any pressure, and helped me choose the right tires for my vehicle and driving needs. Ken, one of the service writers, was just as helpful. I came in yesterday to see if my auxiliary battery could be replaced. Although everyone was very busy, I was greeted in a timely fashion. The female who I worked with explained how they were backed up. She let me know that the part had to be brought to them and I might have to leave my car overnight. I’ve been to this Firestone location twice. The first time I had a great experience when they helped me with a battery issue, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, my second visit was very different. About two months after the battery replacement, my check engine light came on. I called to make an appointment and mentioned that a light had come on and that I had recently had my battery replaced there, just in case that information was helpful since I don’t know much about cars. When I arrived, a service advisor named Rebekah assisted me and immediately had an attitude. As I tried to explain the situation, she became defensive and started arguing that I had told her it was a battery issue and that battery and engine problems are completely different. I was only trying to provide context, but she continued to argue and spoke to me in a way that felt dismissive and uncomfortable. Her tone toward me and the people who came with me felt very microaggressive, and I noticed she seemed much kinder to other customers in the store. As a Hispanic customer, that difference in treatment was upsetting. The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is because another service advisor, Kevin, stepped in and was amazing. He treated us with respect and provided great customer service. I arrived polite and respectful, but was met with hostility. I hope management addresses situations like this because no customer should feel minimized just for trying to explain what’s going on with their car.
