Be sure to request the service plan--printed out, not scribbled on a paper work order form and look closely, which I did not do because of the friendly vibe he gave off and the detailed explanation he gave of both some issues with my catalytic converter and overall exhaust system (and he agreed to a free oil change). In good faith--I hope he pays his staff well and that they have decent benefits and that the price I paid for the work was fair, but I'm leaving this review so people can make their own judgement about the cost, which is detailed below. The services listed on my invoice didn't match our conversation about the repairs. The guy talked about holes in my catalytic converter and noted that he could repair those and in order to do so, he'd have to take apart the exhaust system, which also needed repairs. He compared the price of a new converter and installation to his quote. When I got the receipt back and read it closely, this is what it says with no mention of any catalytic work being done: Part: Front exhaust gasket: 42.50 Labor: Repaired front exhaust pipe and welding (custom labor rate) 538.61 Part: Rear exhaust extension pipe 99.00 Labor: Repaired rear exhaust pipe and welding: 400.00 The repairs took about 2 hours and the car in general is pretty rusty but trusty. The car is no longer loud and runs way better and it looks as though there is indeed a new rear exhaust extension pipe so I'm leaving 3 stars because there was some exhaust problem that was clearly fixed for now, with one star for friendliness, but just beware of fast-talking. When a mechanic says a new converter w/ install could cost up to 2500+ dollars and then says the repairs he can do to fix the problem will be way less (1000--1200), plus fixing the exhaust, it sounds reasonable in the moment. He asked for a 150.00 inspection fee up front. He also wanted my Driver's License number to verify my credit card payment. That seemed odd but maybe it's a fraud prevention thing. I didn't end up writing my DL# down, though, and the charge is on my card. He said he'd throw in the oil change for free when I asked and agreed to the verbal quote (he didn't--he charged me 90 bucks, but maybe he forgot).

Took our Audi here to be fixed. Prices are high, but I needed a quick fix and while the owner seems personable, these reviews are mostly false. He asked me for a review, said he would show me where to leave it on my phone then wrote a positive review on it himself. Our Audi now has all of these error codes going off everytime we start the car and when I asked him to reset it, he tried to charge me.

My car had some sound while driving so I went to this service center. This person charged me $980 claiming that the car had something broken and also needed alignment. He said that only left side is done but there might be problems again on the right tires of car and that we might have to do that again. Again after couple of months or so I started getting same sound, so I decided to go to belle tire. Because for some reason I wasn’t able to trust this guy completely. Belle tire people told me that the sound was because I hadn’t drove car for a while during winter and if I keep driving, it’ll just go away and that there was no problem. I asked them if there was any changes done on the right tires of the car and he said no and my car model was same as it is and no new components was ever installed there.So basically my car never had problem. It was snowing that day so couldn’t really get this checked with multiple service centers the other day but I highly recommend people to get it checked at multiple locations before treating this guy. I dint have much knowledge on car mechanics so he pretty much fooled me. Seeing the reviews here I trusted him but he is not completely trustworthy after all. Also to mention, that sound I was getting just stopped by itself as I started to drive more often. Please be careful and make sure to get your car checked at multiple locations before finalizing any repairs at this place. EDIT- I’m 100% sure that I have not mistaken. I’m attaching your store’s label on my car after you serviced it for proof. Don’t try to fool everyone. I’m not sure about the reviews here but I would request everyone out there to get suggestions from different repair shops before finalizing anything here. Don’t ever blindly trust and lose money like I did.

WARNING: Avoid This Shop - $3,000 Wasted, Multiple Failed Repairs Edit: owner says they do not recognize me yet I have receipts from Gary at the front counter. This place is shady and not real mechanics. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I originally left this review in July, but Gary promised he would make it right and I would take it down in return for making it right. Well after promising me it was all set and my car was fixed, it isn’t and I’m tired of these games. The only way K&F can make it right is to refund all costs on my repairs as I have been lied to and strung along for months. I am completely done with them as a mechanic and you should completely avoid this business. I now have to pay double to get it fixed right because they didn’t do it the first nine times. Here was my original review: After spending over $3,000 and making 8 separate visits to this shop, my 1995 Town Car is now undrivable with the exact same issues I brought it in for originally. This has been an expensive lesson in choosing the wrong mechanic. The Problems That Were Never Fixed: •Brakes continue rubbing (clearly indicating a caliper issue) •Suspension still makes noise on rebound •Intermittent clicking during acceleration •Driver-side brake line is leaking What They Charged Me For: New brake lines, suspension components, and drive shafts - none of which addressed the actual root causes. The Pattern of Poor Service: Every single time I dropped off my vehicle, Gary would call claiming everything was “running right” and thanking me for my patience. Yet every pickup revealed the identical problems persisted. When confronted, his go-to excuse was that the brand-new parts were “faulty” - a claim that became increasingly implausible after the third time. Why This Shop Failed: Rather than properly diagnosing issues, they appear to guess at solutions and throw parts at problems. They never conducted post-repair test drives to verify their work. Most concerning, they seem to charge for installations that weren’t completed properly, then blame “faulty parts” when problems persist. The Bottom Line: What should have been straightforward repairs turned into months of wasted time and thousands in unnecessary costs. My car went from drivable to completely unsafe due to their incompetence. Documentation: Repair Order #1227 (07/08/25) $900 Repair Order #1374 (08/29/25) $2200+ Save yourself the frustration and find a reputable shop that actually diagnoses problems before replacing parts.

Have a 2011 Hyundai Genesis. Left and right hand side flex pipe was cracked and needless to say was loud when stepping on the acceleration. Brought it in to have an estimate during my lunch hour. Got there at 12.40pm. Mind you, my time for lunch was an hour until 1.30pm. Met the owner named Gary, great name! Spoke with me briefly, assessed my issue heard the loud noise and immediately diagnosed the issue. Got his team to drop what they were working on to take care of my issue and says, "I'll have you out by the time your lunch hour is done, so you can get back to the office..." literally at about 1.15pm, his team completed the replacement on both sides of my vehicle (flex pipes) and had me out by 1.33pm...amazing. honest and professional and damn right quick!!
