Griffins as always makes it happen! I popped in unannounced for some advice on no heat in my car ( I drive an oldie. 2001). Scott got me in immediately to review the issue and 1 hour later I drove away to make it to my next appointment on time. They had to replace the radiator - it had been replace by Griffins 2 1/2 years ago (I forgot) so there was no charge as they made it a warranty claim - So in about an hour I had a new radiator and and oil change. Griffins Auto Clinic has taken care of my old vehicles for over 20 years and they know my car is my income so they always do their best to get me on the road as quickly as possible - This is why you need a reliable service team that gets the job done at a fair price and gives you great customer service! I was extremely impressed with their service! I took my car in to get checked without an appointment and they were so quick to take care of it. They even dropped me off at home and picked me up after the service was finished! They didn’t try to sell me on bs and they said my issue should be covered under warranty (and it is)! Very happy with them and will definitely come back!!
