Nice waiting area but seems like it’s always at least a 2-3 hour wait. And for $50 for an oil change and tire rotation I can get it done cheaper and faster elsewhere.

I went online to the Ford Hines Park website, although all the Ford dealers share the same content, I was looking for an oil change for my F-150. There is no information about their oil changes, pretty basic service inquiry yet they have a coupon WITH NO PRICE that says you can get your oil changed up to 6 quarts... big deal. What kind of oil? How much? Need an appointment? Those are more reasonable answers I was looking for. Typical dealership maintenance.....

I almost don't want to rave because the place is already so popular I have to hope for service on one of their 'slow' days. That said, I really don't want to go anywhere else. They know what they're doing, they're fast, thorough and friendly. What else can you want? Oh, and they wash your vehicle before they turn it back over to you. Love it. This last visit, they even updated my Sync without being asked.

Came and got a all around check on my vehicle using a coupon I received in the mail. This was my first time here and I never had any work done on my car at a dealership before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. To my surprise, Everything went really good, and after they finished the check they updated me on everything as well as how my car is. They didn’t try to sell me into doing anything more than what I needed (which wasn’t anything at the moment). They clearly stated what I would need in the future and when I should look into getting it fixed as well. I am very happy with my services there and will definitely be back!

Best Service Hands Down. I have been to many places over the years. I went for oil/filter change and fixing a minor issue, the service was quick (1hr) and they even installed the 2x clamps I brought in personally to eliminate the rattling sound made by exhaust plate.. If you are looking for a service - Highly recommend this branch.

I've become disillusioned with these folks. I come a long distance to get quality service and pay a premium price. It no longer seems like the trip is worth it. The last 3 times I was in, my vehicle was NOT washed after service. The last 2 times, I wanted work done, and it was not performed. For poor service, I can get that a lot closer to home - there are 3 other Ford dealerships to choose from.

Twice I've had these people service my Ford vehicle, and twice they have misdiagnosed, delayed and, ultimately, did poor repair work requiring that I take my vehicle to someone else so the repairs could be done properly. The customer service is good and the reps with whom you interface are professional but, when the quality of work isn't there, all those other things are secondary.
