I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Belle Tire location. I scheduled an appointment for 3 p.m. and was told over the phone that my truck would be the first one in at that time. They also estimated the tire install and rotation would take about 20–30 minutes, so I expected to be in and out within 30–40 minutes. When I arrived, they had no idea about the tire rotation we had discussed, and I had to remind them to add it to the service. Then, despite my appointment, I sat waiting for 45 minutes, and my truck was never even taken back. Realizing they wouldn’t finish in time for my other commitments, I asked to just purchase the tire instead. Not only did they charge me for the tire, but they also added a service and labor fee—despite never actually performing the service. When I asked for that charge to be removed, things went downhill fast. The manager came out, denied that I was ever told my truck would be in at 3 p.m., and essentially started an argument with me in the middle of the store. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, he yelled at me and then stormed into the service bay, shouting for techs because clearly, the entire operation was running behind. In the end, I paid for the tire and the unnecessary service fee and told them I would never return. The complete lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable. If you’re considering Belle Tire, I strongly suggest going to Discount Tire up the road instead. I wish I had.

Stopped in to just get some more air in my front tire. Since it was really low the man said I must have something in it. He said we are not busy right now and can check it while you wait. They did and it had a screw in it. They had it fixed for no charge in 20 minutes. Great customer service and very friendly!

I went to Belle Tire in New Hudson for a slow leak in one of my tires. Chuck took care of me and had things done ahead of the time promised … and, at no charge! I’ve been to several Belle Tire stores and this one just earned a customer for life! It is also the cleanest facility I have visited, too!

I brought my new Rays MX-5 Spec forged wheels to get some Continental summer tires mounted for my NC Miata, and Brian took great care installing new tires and TPMS sensors, and not putting a single scratch or smudge on my wheels. Chuck was informative and helpful. He helped me find a highly rated tire that would perform in mud and snow. The cost was reasonable...about what I almost spent for a lesser product. I had new tires the same day. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My experience was positive. I recommend Belle Tire in New Hudson.

I brought our van down to have the tire replaced after we experienced a blowout on the freeway, The service writer David told us they could not open any of the doors on our cargo van (They unlock if you press the cargo button, I checked all three cargo doors and they open) and that they could not get to the tire, so instead they just replaced 2 front tires and left our spare on the back. Ill find another Belle Tire.

Recurring Alignment Issues & Critical Need for Quality Control I am a repeat customer who has relied on the Belle Tire New Hudson location for alignments on multiple vehicles. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been extremely frustrating due to a recurring issue. On the last three separate occasions, I have had to immediately return my vehicle after an alignment because the technician failed to ensure the steering wheel was properly centered. This lack of a final quality check means I have to spend another trip back to the shop, where I am forced to wait an additional two hours or more for the correction. The process is incredibly inefficient and reflects a major lapse in the service procedure. To prevent this, I strongly suggest implementing a mandatory requirement for technicians to test drive the vehicle and verify the steering wheel's centered position before calling the job complete. While the service eventually gets corrected, the repeated, wasted time makes the overall experience unsatisfactory. I hope the management team addresses this systematic failure in post-alignment confirmation.

Dillon took my original phone call and tried to get me to buy $500 tires when I asked for the cheapest option. He told me the option wasn't available, then changed his tune when I was going to go somewhere else. I got two tires replaced for the cheaper option, I wasn't informed that with my type of vehicle I should only get them done at the same time. Not entirely their fault, but when I called around after my first bad experience that was the first thing every other shop told me. I also had some not great experiences with other sales people at Belle tire. Did have a good experience with Brian on the phone. Unfortunately this won't be enough to bring me back. When I went back to get my second set done, I did leave a complaint about Dillon, I was informed they know about the issue. Clearly he either needs more training, or shouldn't be in customer service. I only came back to get the other two done because I couldn't get 4 new tires and it was best with my car to stick with the same exact tire for all 4. I will not be returning again. Discount tire across the road gave me amazing customer service when I called them for advice! Go there.

9/30/2022 Update Customer service did contact me and did nothing. No idea why they felt it was necessary to respond to my review to make it look like they are helping. They are not! I told them they could find the pictures of the damage in this review. I will never shop here again and I hope this review deters others too. I bought 5 new tires in June 2022 from Belle Tire for $2500, and yesterday I brought one in for a manufacture defect due to the tread separating from the tire. Belle Tire would not honor the warranty and when they put the new tire on the wheel they scratched the wheel and wheel hardware. What is frustrating is I told them to remove the bead lock cover (not a real bead lock) and they did not. To make matters worse they would not take responsibility for the damage. Then they over filled the replacement tire to 60 PSI, left my glove box covered in grease and dirt, and did not reel up the spare tire wire so it was dragging and bouncing around on my ride home. When I called Belle Tire Customer service I left a message. This is unacceptable for many reasons. This is going to cost me $500 for the tire and $1000 for a new wheel.

I came in to get tires plug cause they were losing air. I mentioned having one tire deflate so much it might be rim leak. They called me back and told me it wasnt a rim leak, just alot of damage to the tire from driving on it flat( i had to use another car to fill up my tires, so i knew that was gonna be an issue. I assumed they checked the rim out, just in case. But no. I go on the next day to get tires. I picked my car up and the next day it has lost air. Sounds like a rim leak now. Doesn't it?!?!?!? Definitely not going back. I paid with Affirm cause i dont have money for a set of tires outright. If DAVE would have figured out the leak before i bought tires, i would of been able to get rims at same time.. thus not leaving a bad review. Only way you can resolve this is to buy me my new rim.

Could not be happier with the service I received at the New Hudson Belle Tire location. Had a grinding noise coming from my vehicle and after I researched it, I could not find the issue. They not only rotated my tires for free, but found a pin on my brakes that had become unseated and was causing the noise and they fixed it at no charge. I was completely expecting to be charged for labor and they sent me on my way with a smile. This is my go-to place for brakes, tires and front end work.

Went back again to Belle tire after being disappointed 5 years ago and the experience was still the same. Looks like they are great when things are in stock and can be fixed the same day but if you have to order parts and go back the service is bad. I had to keep calling them to confirm if the parts were in ir not and if I could bring the car back. The least someone could have done is checked and make sure all the parts were delivered before hand. Went back again and after 5 hours when I called back I was told that one part was missing so they cannot complete all the work and would have to go back again after a week. Taking the car somewhere else where these is better communication and updates and more attention paid to things.

I returned to this Belle Tire a couple weeks ago after receiving excellent service 2years ago when they programmed the tire sensors that Northville could not-Thank you. This time they performed a 4 wheel alignment and centered the steering wheel, They took care of it right away with no delays and clearly explained everything that was performed. Thank you for the excellent service.

Today I experienced some of the rudest and worst service of my life. Belle Tires “policies” that we have all come to know, struck again. They refused to mount my daughter’s snow tires on the front of her car, which is front wheel drive. We asked for a refund for the installation, to which we were required to give ID and form of payment. I paid for the tires, but my daughter’s father had brought her for the installation. Fine, I drove up to the store which is only down the road. When we walked in no one was at the desk. We waited for several minutes until a mechanic finally walked in, he ignored us and went to walk away, we asked if anyone was working the front to which he replied ‘he’s in the back and will be back in a few minutes’. We continued to wait. After a few more minutes this man walked out from the front office. He was not in back, and the mechanic had blatantly lied to us. When he walked out he did not greet us, he said “ID” to which I responded, you know who we are? He said ‘yeah’. When confronted with being in the office 10 feet away from us the entire wait he said ‘I was on the phone’. He was not on the phone. After this he refunded my card, said nothing, handed me the receipt and walked away. I asked what the refund was, which he answered as he was walking away to get the tires. He never looked at us once. You get the point. It was awful and left us feeling pretty crappy. He did passively aggressively offer his card. His name is Dave Smith, unless that’s also a lie. I will never return to the Belle Tire in New Hudson.

I had work done on my vehicle about a year ago, and it was just north of 2k with everything said and done. With parts and labor that kind of checks out, but my front tires are now bald. It's a ball joint on the front driver side, (so they say as of 02/16/26). I have only put 10,000 miles on them and they're already bald, and I did purchase the protection warranty. Went there earlier today and got quoted for the said front left ball joint and I was told I could get the tires "at cost" for being a "loyal customer." There wasn't even a quote for those tires, and if I'm such a "loyal customer," then why isn't the protection plan being backed? What's the point in purchasing it if you don't honor it? One of the excuses that I was given today was that I should've had them rotated. 10,000 miles is roughly 1 tire rotation, rotation was NOT the issue here. So if you'd like to purchase a warranty that won't be honored, then this is the place for you. I definitely wouldn't recommend this location. I'm trying to keep the faith alive, but it's getting harder everyday with examples such as exhibit A: Belle Tire not honoring their commitments.

Brought my car to Belle Tire in New Hudson fully braced for betrayal. Mentally prepared. Spiritually guarded. Expecting to be told my car had “several concerns” and that my bank account should say its goodbyes. Instead, I was greeted by the guy with the full beard—who somehow managed to be both amazingly kind and dangerously competent. Clearly the final boss of customer service. Explained everything clearly, didn’t talk down to me, and did not once attempt to summon fake problems from the automotive underworld. They fixed what I actually came in for. I know—wild. No upsell. No doom speech. No “while we were in there…” monologue that ends in financial ruin. My car now drives smoothly, quietly, and without warning lights screaming for help. I left confused, relieved, and slightly unsettled. Auto service isn’t supposed to go this well. Whatever spell is being cast at Belle Tire New Hudson, keep it going. Promote the bearded guy. Protect him at all costs. 11/10. Will absolutely be back when my car decides to humble me again.
