Been going to bell tire for years. Last year my tires were $800. This year same tire $1000. But I bought them on black Friday for the mystery savings. Yeah right I get a $65.00 gift card. Time to find a new tire shop. I put 30k miles a year on my van. Pathetic

My wife calls up there to make an appointment and is met with a dismissive and annoyed attitude simply because she is making an appointment. It sucks because when I come in, I never have an issue, but when my wife calls she is met with a nasty attitude. We will be taking our business to a different shop that knows not to take personal matters out on customers. Sicking.

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this experience with customer service was truly disappointing and frustrating. I recently went for a tire swap, and each time, the quoted price was different. Upon calling them after my arrival, the worker stated, “Swapping a tire is $25 per tire, with parts costing $20 each. (What kind of parts cost $20 for a tire???) Oh, you have a 17-inch tire? I need to charge at least $50 per tire.” Even having made an appointment, I had to cancel my schedule because of this unexpected and unreasonable price increase. Feeling frustrated, I decided to go to Discount Tire just 2 minutes away. They provided excellent service for only $22, with no issues whatsoever. Definitely will never go there again

I showed up before the store opened in hopes of getting a flat repair. I explained that I had a long drive that was supposed to start already and was really hoping that I could get the flat repaired quickly. Apparently I had driven over a construction nail yesterday somewhere. They were completely booked for the day, so I left the vehicle there, 25 min later I got a call that a tech had volunteered to look at the issue before they were open and was able to repair the tire. It saved my trip and was the first positive customer experience I have received anywhere since before the pandemic. I really appreciate that someone there was willing to help me out.
