i had an appointment to have my car looked at by another shop and i just wasnt feeling very secure from the conversation i had with the person i had spoke too. on my way back there i decided to stop in MC Transmissions. BEST DECISION EVER! i spoke with Kathy for about an hour and i instantly trusted this women and the shop. this is a GREAT family owned buisness, they called me to always let me know what was going on with car and what they were working on next. they helped me out with payments and had my car done exactly the day i needed it. i was VERY VERY pleased with my experiance and i will ALWAYS be recommending this shop to many more. extemely honest and helpful family. Thank you

Great customer service. I recently went there to fix my Ford focus but unfortunately I couldn't afford it. I wasn't charged any penny fit checking out what the problem was. They are great at what they are do.

I’ve worked with Mark, the owner of MC Transmission, for at least 25 years. He has done at least 3 transmissions for me over the years. More importantly, he has advised me when the problem was not the transmission. This week for example, he inspected what I thought was a transmission problem, and it was a bad wheel bearing. I’ve recommended Mark all through the years and he’s still number 1.

I recently took my 2009 Chevy Malibu to them and they told me they would take a look at it. The car wouldnt go in reverse and giving a transmission signal. They got to the bottom of it finding it was my reverse plate. They gave me an estimate and a 200 dollar off coupon. I was so grateful they took good care of my car and was more than willing to show the damage done to the car. They rebuilt my transmission in a timely manner. The receptionist was very kind and she was helpful with my questions. I highly would say check them out if u want honest people taking care of your car. I was told by a Chevy dealership that my Equinox had a substantial transmission fluid leak. The quote they gave me was quite high, so I began looking for another alternative. After reading reviews, I took it to MC's Transmission. Mark looked at the car and told me it was not a transmission leak but an engine oil leak. He saved me the cost of an unneeded repair and recommended another reputable shop that could do the work I actually needed. And he didn't even charge me! Pretty impressive to find that kind of integrity in this day and age. I will definitely trust this shop to do any transmission work I have in the future.

Took my truck in for what I thought was a small trans leak. After only 10 minutes of waiting the mechanic came out with great news that there was no leak at all and a full explanation of what was going on. He also explained how long it should last before coming back and gave me a rough estimate of what it would cost when the time comes. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful and this was all some free of charge. I highly recommend these guys for any trans issue as they are extremely friendly/ honest and best of all not pushy on repairs that may not need them right away. Thanks again for the help and confidence you put back into my truck!!

I have been here twice to have my car serviced. The first time, the hoses to my transmission were leaking and the second time my shifting cable had snapped in half. Both times I thought I had a problem with the transmission itself. I was afraid of a transmission shop not giving an honest evaluation of my vehicle and charging me a ton of money but I had no other choices so i brought it here. These guys are amazing! Fast, honest, hardworking family. Both visits cost me less than 200 and both times I dropped the vehicle off I though I would be spending upwards of 1500. If you need someone you can trust, these are the ones! Thank you MC Transmissions!

Mark at MC Transmission came recommended by a friend. It was the best decision I have ever made. The staff at MC Transmission got my car done within a couple of days and you couldn’t beat the price. Mark was very thorough and he knows what he is doing. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car repair shop and I will even drive the distance myself to take my car here whenever I need work done. Cathy in the office is so nice and friendly. She greets all customers with a smile and is very attentive to their customers!

They got back to me by phone with a quote and estimated repair time within 1 hour from when I called. The transmission came in a few days (the manufacturer was located in WI). Job was complete the next day. Rich updated me via text the whole way. Pricing was on the lower side of quotes. Great customer satisfaction.

Needed some trans work done, gave them a call. Sure glad I did they were honest and willing to help. We talked about a few things, answered every question I had with no hesitation!! WONDERFUL customer service!!!! Made me feel 100x better about my situation. I Had a great trans guy but he retired so I was looking for another one. Mc wasn’t able to work on this specific trans because parts are unavailable. (5th shop say this, But he was honest up front and didn’t say bring it in will still try) no he said man I don’t wanna waste your time and money if I can’t successfully complete the job and then he guided me In the next best direction! Mind you he didn’t make a penny off the time we talked… thank you guys for being customer oriented!! I don’t do reviews, so thanks for standing out in the crowd!
