I went to belle tire to fill up air in tire but there’s a thing it was only a week that i filled up air then i got suspicious that maybe tire has a problem it is my first car which is second hand so i thought i get it checked!
Then after checking they came and said tyre has a problem we need replace with new tyre i said have to go right now and went to them after a week because car was beeping everytime it moves so i thought may be due to low pressure and said that just change tire!
Afterwards they said drop off your car but here a twist they stole my key from dashboard for tyre locks on the first time i took my car to them !
I got to know about this later and confronted them that you stole my car tyre key they said no then i said okay i will buy new one and said 20$ for previous extraction but they didn’t told me this earlier if i have to pay for extraction why would i purchase lock kit from them!!! He himself said it will fit your tyre keys 🥲 so i thought i should bought this for 36$ instead of paying 20$ for extraction but they didn’t told me that it is for single tyre
when i went to take my car back they change the valve and not tyre said tyre was fine and valve was leaking i said okay as i thought it will cost me less but handed me a bill for 200$.
80$ for tire extraction labor 84$ for valve 10$ for fixing valve and 36$ for new lock set!!! and taxes afterwards!
So they completely fooled me as it is my first time to take car for a check and repair i saw on amazon same valve cost is around 22$ only for which they looted me!!’
I want them to refund me sincerely.
I also recommend to everyone please never take your car at belle tire . They make you fool!!!!!!

Have bought tires and have had brake work done at this location for many years for multiple cars, and on the most recent vehicle, there is a slow front tire rim seal leak.
I was told the earliest appt would be three weeks out. Not a great way to treat loyal customers for a simple repair.
Seems that Belle Tire should have dedicated staff to take care of customers needing help with products they purchased from Belle Tire.
Now forced to take all my business elsewhere.
Update late 2024: Decided to give Belle Tire another shot, and they did a good job in providing an open appt. on short notice, fixing a tire with a slow leak, rotating the tires, and completing a synthetic oil change in under 1 1/2 hours. Much improved service.

I’m new to the area and figured I’d take my car to this chain shop for a quick oil change before a long trip. A couple days before my appt, I noticed both my front headlights went out. I asked if they could take a look at them and replace them if needed, and after the oil change was done they quoted me $350+ to change two low beam headlights. I was amazed because I’ve had the car (2013 Kia optima) for 10 years and never paid more than $60 (at MOST) with bulb cost and labor to have a headlight replaced. I have replaced the headlights myself in a few minutes in an autozone parking lot before, but I don’t replace them myself anymore because they often get stuck and I don’t have the hand strength to twist the old ones out of the socket at the awkward angle they sit. I said that price was ridiculous, and that I’ve taken it to a mechanic with the new bulb and they replaced it for me for $20 labor. He looked me dead in the face and said, “That’s crazy, he was doing you a huge favor because there’s a LOT of labor involved.” I knew that was a lie, so I drove to the autozone next door, bought two new bulbs for $40, and took them to a professional mechanic the next week and they replaced the bulbs (PLUS a plate light that was out) for $22.75 total (labor for the headlights, plus bulb and labor for the plate light). Even though it’s a tire place, since they also do basic services like oil changes, I didn’t think it’d be a huge stretch to have them replace a lightbulb while they had the hood open.
I know mechanics often lie to women and overcharge them, but the sheer disrespect (or ineptitude) to try to charge me $350+ for a ten minute lightbulb change claiming it involved a lot of labor was so insulting, I would never go back there or recommend them to anyone else.

3 stars because 1, they did fix one of the problems I mentioned to them (control arm, balljoint. but there was still a scratching sound when braking. They gave it to me and I went to another bell tire , they fixed it and said it was the calipers one was missing one was loose. they questioned why the mechanics didn’t catch it the first time.
