Do not use this garage. They will rob the un-savvy. They performed spark plug and coil wire replacement and charged $1,700, after speaking with the vehicle owner. An hour later I called to stop the job, but they said they were finishing up. I called two other garages, one quoting $899 and the other $453. Ford RD Auto Clinic said the exorbitant cost was due to the quality of the parts used, the diagnostic costs and the fuel injector cleaning (none of which he quoted originally). This was all double talk for, "Look this way, while we rob you blind." I'm sending this out first to warn consumers, before filing complaint with the AG's Office and the BBB.

I had a positive customer experience with Ford Road Auto Clinic. The muffler was cracked and tail pipe had broken off on my Mazda Tribute. I called several auto repair shops for estimates and spoke with David (Manager) from Ford Road Auto Clinic. I brought my vehicle in the morning, received a call for estimate and the repairs were completed by the afternoon. David showed me the parts that were replaced. From my perspective, Ford Road Auto Clinic provided me a reasonable price and courteous customer service. The repair cost seemed fair as compared to the estimates received from other nearby auto repair shops. I would go back to Ford Road Auto Clinic.

Owner was great and friendly. But mechanics put the wrong motor mounts on my vehicle took it back twice was dissatisfied so I took it to another place and got a second opinion found out mounts were not bounded right took it back to Ford Auto Clinic they tried to fix it again but car is still not fixed so I am totally dissatisfied I have a warranty but I do not trust these guys again

Stopped by in a moments notice, Dave and the guys at the shop were extremely helpful in replacing a hard to reach lightbulb and fuse for my rear wind shield wiper. 15 minutes later I was out of there. Awesome place I highly recommend it to everybody

David is a very honest man. I took my car in for service for a air bag check light. They fixed the problem and I paid for their service. The next day I received a call from David and he stated that I had over paid him by $100 for the repair service. I was very greatful for his honesty and I will continue to take my vehicles to him for service.

David and his team are AWESOME! My boyfriend and his family have used the Ford Rd Auto Clinic for years so when I brought my car in they gave me a great welcome. I really appreciated the way/time David took to explain the problems with the car to me. Most of my experiences at repair shops have been guys trying to talk down to me or just skip over stuff, assuming I know nothing of cars.Not here, these guys are true gentlemen and have a great deal of knowledge about their business.

I paid for a pre-inspection before buying a vehicle. The staff at Ford RD are phenomenal! Friendly, fast service, affordable prices. They truely care about their customers. Will recommend and will go there again if I ever needed anything. The mechanic who I spoke with (?Dave?) even offered to talk to guy down from $1250 to $1000, due to a couple small issues with the car, and the guy took it! So he basically paid for the inspection with that, and gave me an extra $200! Excellent service, they really do go above and beyond.

These guys are great! I asked them to press out a wheel bearing that was stuck in a carrier, they did it no problem. Many other shops didn't give me the time of day. Granted they charged me for a 1/2-hour job that probably took them 10 min, but they have a business to run, and I understand that. But what they did next really set them apart, they noticed that I had a broken speed sensor bolt and removed it and they did a great job of cleaning the part! They saved me the rest of my night to drill out! They went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate it.

Be careful. Charged me over $700 to replace a part when my power window stopped working. I asked why so much and they said the part was half the cost. Looked it up later and found the part, if bought directly from Nissan....cost $45.

had them do a clutch kit, fuel pump, and an exhaust leak which turned out to the the flex pipe. 500 miles later the truck is running, driving, shifting, and sounding good. honest guys there and timely work. they do good business and took good care of my truck. would recommend 5/5
