Owner is awesome! I thought I needed a washer pump that would cost me a couple hundred dollars. He replaced a bad hose and only charged me $50. He could have told me it was the pump and I would have believed him. Good to know there are still honest people out there!

Called at 9am this morning with an urgent need to have a u-joint put in a driveshaft while I continued working on my car. Said they could have it done by lunch. Had it done by 11am and wanted to charge me almost half of the quoted phone price. Affordable is an understatement. From one mechanic to another, you are some stand up guys. UPDATE: Affordable had my van for 5 days at a cost of $175 and couldn't fix the problem. I took it to Plymouth Auto Lab where Brett and the guys fixed it in 5 hours! It turns out that the no-name brand spark plug coil that Affordable installed had a crack in it and in addition they didn't bother to replace the spark plug itself which was fouled. Do you think that Affordable will refund my $175 ???

Great place to fix your car problems. Really honest people. The Dome light in my car doesn't work . Ford dealer charged me for 55 dollars yesterday and not even able to diagnose the problem . I passed by Affordable automotive , the young guy Mike stopped what he was doing and help me did a check . My light is on. He didn't charge me one cent. I really appreciate his honesty and hard work. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends who need their car fixed.

When my daughter said she knew a mechanic I got worried. Lol. Then she said this mechanic fixed her car for a reasonable price and it was something she did on her own. I was so proud of her for being independent. After experiencing difficulties from other mechanic shops in the area I took my daughters advice. I Was treated like a customer and not a burden. I made an appointment they took a look at my car tuned my car perfectly. My car has not run this well in years. This is one of the best mechanics I’ve taken my cars to.

If you are looking for an honest mechanic that doesn’t try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need, or diagnose stuff that’s not broken, this place is it! I am a car guy and know my way around them. They fixed my leaking diff by clearing out the venting hole, and could have easily charged me for a main seal, which I thought was the issue. Highly recommended

We took my nieces car to Affordable Automotive for a pretty serious oil leak. After looking into it, we were told it was a super simple fix. They took care of the issue, capped off the oil and charged us a ridiculously fair price! Will definitely come here for future issues. The honesty is something you can’t find at a lot of garages.

First of all I never got my truck serviced here. I called to inquire about a fuel pump replacement on a Ford Ranger. I called and the receptionest said someone would call back. After waiting over an hour I called back. The receptionest said they were very busy and she would let them know I called again. Ken finally called back and when speaking with him about the fuel problem I asked if I could supply my own Motorcraft Ford parts as I do not use aftermarket parts. He really did not like that and said he would call back. He never did. If you did not want to do the work then you should of said so instead of me waiting half the day for an answer and call back if you could do the work. I had another shop in mind but always get a couple of estimates. You were recomended by another shop that did not do that type of work. Thanks for wasting my time.

Guy behind the counter rhetorically asked me if I "just purchased the universal exhaust" implying that I'm some idiot who brought in a fantasyland one size fits all muffler for them to install. I priced out a few different aftermarket brands thru 4 different auto parts stores...How do you source out your parts oh wise Mr Mechanic?

My 2010 Escape broke down when visiting from the Upper Peninsula. Both of my siblings had used and recommended Affordable Automotive. Ken got me in right away, took care of the problems at a fair price. A couple of months later on another trip I had issues on the way down and again, they took the vehicle in and saw to it in record time. Great crew. Highly recommend.
