First time having my car serviced here. My brakes sounded horrible and they got me in within 30 minutes of calling to have an inspection. My rear rotors/brake pads needed replaced and I brought my car back the following day to get the service done. They had the job done within 3 hours. The front desk guys Ty and Zack are very kind and honest. They have extremely reasonable prices and won’t try to up charge you. They even have a driver that can drop you off at your house so you won’t have to wait while your car is being serviced. I only live 5 minutes away and the driver drove me home and then I realized I forgot my house key on my car key chain. The driver was amazing and drove me back to the shop to get my key and back to my house. I told him I could just wait at the shop since this was a silly mistake on my part but he was very kind and said it was not a problem at all to drive me back home. They allowed me to pay over the phone and pick up my car after hours which was extremely helpful. If you want an honest, trustworthy, friendly, and fair mechanic shop, this place is for you! :)

I had warning lights pop up while I was on the road on a Saturday morning. With a lot of driving I needed to do over the next few days I thought I was lost with my normal mechanic closed till Monday morning. Checking Google I discovered Mechanic One was open on Saturday morning at 6:00 AM! Gave them a call and Zack said they could check it out right now. They found the problems gave me a price and I was stunned when told it would be finished that day. I was so happy with the service I received and the job they did I returned 3 days later for some more work I had been putting off. I gladly recommend MECHANIC ONE to all my family & friends and everyone who needs any auto work done!

What a pleasant experience. Went in for a battery replacement and valve gasket cover was also leaking. Let me start off by saying the communication between Zach and myself was both continuous and timely. Two things impressed me most: Zach would always send a photo of the part and it’s condition before they removed it; In addition, I checked the cost for replacement parts online, and found they were exactly as shown and not doubled like they have been with my dealership Service. I highly recommend mechanic one for any car maintenance issue you have if you are unhappy with your current repair service!
