★☆☆☆☆ They should change their name to Shyster & Cutthroat Auto. They hook up their little computer reader to your car for 10 minutes just to read the general diagnostic trouble codes which they wack you $225. Then they follow up codes with a "shotgun repair" using Car Quest parts and hope. You would think with all their years of experience they wouldn't have to resort to a shotgun repair and be able to narrow down problems efficiently, but of course that's not how you optimize profit. If that's not the case, then they have years of inexperience when they allow computer support to dictate repairs instead of their own determination. However, they are experienced at ripping off customers such as not replacing some parts that were paid for.
