I went to Artie's for body work after an accident. Kristy at the front desk who took all my calls was extremely friendly and helpful. Artie himself even looked over the car when I brought it in for them to go over it. They were very professional and upfront about costs and possible unforeseen issues. Kristy was very communicative about what was going on with my car and I couldn't be happier with how it came out. 5 stars and will be recommending Artie's to everyone along with always bringing ny cards back to them.

Artie’s autobody went above and beyond when I needed my car repaired. They were able to get our insurance to come out and make a far assessment of the damage. They did it all and I literally had to worry about nothing - including setting up my rental to meet me at their shop, kept me up to date with the progress, and detailed my car so it looked brand new when I picked it up. I was thrilled with how smooth they made the whole process, and how amazing my car looked. Highly recommend!!

I brought my 2020 Honda CRV to Artie's after getting into an accident and I am very pleased with the work they did. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend Artie's. My brother recommended me, i went and talked to Artie and Kristy and they were understanding and professional, i decided to leave my car with them and when i went back to pick it up i could not believe how good it came out, it looked as if nothing ever happened. I mean i hit a guard rail at 60mph and needed a whole new front grill, hood, fenders, headlights, front radar etc. Artie did a great job, If i had to use a body shop again, i know where i will be going...back to Artie's.

I got into my very first car accident recently. I wasn't sure how to go about the process, so I asked 3 people for referrals, and they all said Artie's is the place to go! The Office Manager Kristie was amazing! She was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She explain the insurance process down to the letter, and she even assisted with my car rental process. When all was said and done my car looked better than it ever has, and they were done 3 days earlier than what was originally quoted. Truly phenomenal work and an all around great experience! Once again, I can’t say enough about Artie’s! For the second time in the past 3 years, I was in a car accident which was not my fault. I reached out to Kristi at Artie’s and she took the ball in her hands! She communicated with the other party’s insurance company on my behalf, advised me about what to do and not do regarding my claim, and was involved in my rental car process. She kept me informed and updated on my car’s repairs on a consistent basis as they were waiting for a part to come in. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. When I picked up my car, it looked amazing! All of the damage was repaired to new! My car was washed and the inside cleaned up as well! Everything was perfect! I will go nowhere else for my car needs! Artie’s is #1!

Artie’s Auto body is the bomb.com. Christy walked me through the whole process. She called the insurance company and set up the rental car. They met with the adjuster! I didn't have to do anything. She even had to go back to insurance company because the damage was more extensive once they took the car apart. She also got the extension on the rental.
