Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Maaco in Wolcott, CT. An employee, L.B., behaved in the most unprofessional and disrespectful way I’ve ever seen from a business representative — all while on the job and representing Maaco. This was not just rude — it was appalling behavior for anyone in customer service. Shockingly, the only consequence given to this employee was a one-week suspension, which in no way matches the seriousness of what happened. I would never recommend this location to anyone after witnessing such treatment. Maaco corporate should seriously reconsider how they handle employee conduct if they care about maintaining customer trust.

Had a hood and bumper painted from the Woollcott store. I wanted to wait a few months to see how everything turned out. Paint came out very well, and a near perfect match.price was very manageable.Customer service was very professional, as the turn around was ideal. Just want to thank Rob and everyone at Maaco for justifying my “not so smart” decision to paint my “212,000 mile, 22 year old baby”. I couldn’t be happier! I am not only pleased with the paint job Maaco in Wolcott did on my daughter’s car but impressed by the exceptional customer service and honesty. My daughter’s paint on her 2003 car was beyond horrible. Rob took the time to explain to her her options, price and durability of the different paints. His workers did a excellent job and her 22 year old car looks brand new.

I can’t say enough good things about Sao Auto Repair! David took care of me like family. I brought my car in thinking it was going to be a huge problem — it was making this crazy noise and I was sure the transmission was shot. David checked it out, kept me updated the whole time, and turns out it was nothing major. He saved me a ton of money and had me back on the road the same day. Honest, knowledgeable, and super professional. The whole shop runs smooth and you can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely recommend this place

First I don’t think this people knows how to deal with customers. I brought my car with bumper on. They did a sloppy job putting back the bumper. The holes are off like one inch as you see in the pictures after body work. They didn’t put the mud flaps as a reason of this mistake and put them in the trunk. Sloppy sloppy and not honest. The paint job was good and looks very nice. The need training as how to deal with customers.

I was second-guessing whether or not to paint my car, but I'm so happy am I did! I am BEYOND impressed with the work these guys did. Even though I was only getting a paint job, they were nice enough to fix some of the stuff on the body for me!
