My truck is a 1991 GMC Sierra Stepside, when I went in I told the gentleman I was dealing with exactly what color I wanted and what I wanted done. He forgot the color code I gave him and almost painted my truck Aqua Blue when it was supposed to be painted Kona Blue L6 After almost 3 weeks I went to see my truck only to find a foot long run in the hood scoop and none of the steps were repaired that I asked to be done so I left it for another week. When I went back I found my price went from $3,000 to $3,360 because they had to have the body guy do the steps that were supposed to be done in the first place! After I got my truck home I went over it I the light a little better and found several issues with the paint job including a chip on the door frame, on top of that this truck has more orange peel in the paint and it will now need to go to another shop just to be buffed out which will cost me more $$$ Was it worth paying $3,360?? At best it was a $1,000 paint job, so no definitely not happy….

Everything was explained in detail as to how the repairs were to take place. The damage was due to a hit and run in a shopping plaza. The damage was in a precarious trim area of the door. Maaco did a great job in repairing the door at a reasonable price. Very pleased!

Had bodywork and paint job on my 1999 astro van from black to white, they got overspray on my door jambs, overspray on my frame, overspray on my spare tire, had 2 runs i n different places, stold my new pair of foster grant sunglasses, evan stold my little garbage bag inside and a shop rag how about that for review, so they did good job on bodywork but paint job is ok!!! ?

First I don’t think this people knows how to deal with customers. I brought my car with bumper on. They did a sloppy job putting back the bumper. The holes are off like one inch as you see in the pictures after body work. They didn’t put the mud flaps as a reason of this mistake and put them in the trunk. Sloppy sloppy and not honest. The paint job was good and looks very nice. The need training as how to deal with customers.
