I recently took my car to K&W Automotive for repairs, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. My car was at their shop for eight days, and I have footage showing that they unplugged my dash cam on day one, right after pulling it into the shop, and never plugged it back in. When I picked up my car and drove to H-E-B, I discovered fresh damage to my gas lid and rear fender. After reviewing H-E-B's security footage, it was clear that no one hit my car there, and the damage must have occurred while it was at K&W Automotive. I reached out to the shop to address my concerns, especially since the owner had just texted me that morning before I messaged him about the damage, but I never received a response. This lack of attention to detail and customer service is concerning, and I hope they improve their processes in the future.
