I brought a diffuser to Kaizen Collision in Tempe to have it prepped and painted. Jacob and Russ did a quality job, at a fair price, and finished pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend them!

Although I come to your body shop so many times but my car is still not finished yet. Melody ( your manager ) never called me back for check the car. I am so unsatisfied about your body shop. I will let everyone know about your shop on social media.

DO NOT GO HERE, had to pay $2,575 for an estimate! They will screw you over! I would give ZERO stars if I could. 3/19/18: I came to SW collision and informed Terrell about interest in services which was only an estimate to fix my bumper and that I DON'T want to fix the car. 3/21/18: Was when they completed the estimate. 3/22/18: Was when State farm came to look at car provided estimate, which was when I informed SW collision I wanted to come get the car and pay out of my own money. They told me that they needed to get paid by State Farm, and for me NOT to contact them as it will prolong the process to obtain my car. I called them 12 from 3/21/2018 to 4/6/2018, to check on getting my car. They were holding my car to charge me for "storage fees ($110/day)," even though I was ready to pay for it on 3/22/2018. They gave me my car back in SHAMBLES, as seen in the photo in my profile. The total I should have paid only $705, which included: 2 days of storage $110/day, $300 for 6hrs of labor and $295 for "vehicle loss process," but I had to pay $2,575! I asked for a refund, they admitted to fault and offered me $330 and when I declined they offered me $400 and asked me to sign a letter of acceptance, which I did not. They didn't put my bumper on correctly and it fell off immediately, took apart my trunk and convertible and didn't put it back together; now my convertible is not able to work appropriately.

I have tried a half dozen times over the past couple months to get a hold of someone to schedule windshield replacement for my Rivian, and I’m yet to get a response, so I will move on to -a different company.

No communication. I was delayed for weeks waiting for a simple call back to multiple messages. When I finally got in touch with someone, I was provided no general timing estimates as to when they might finish or even start. Once they started, the service manager began sending me updates on someone else’s car. If you have a backup car and have no need for clarity on when you may get your car back, the work is good.

Terrible service. 6 months later and still no car. Haven’t received a call back in over a month. My husband had to go into the shop since they weren’t returning our phone calls. Said they were waiting for payment from our insurance, but found out they hadn’t even sent the insurance company a copy of their bill. I thought that would be the end of it, but it’s been three more weeks of no returned voicemails to their shop. ** keep in mind this was NOT a big collision with lots of body work. It was after a little impact to the front right tip of the bumper. After they had the car for 3 MONTHS already they found out they had diagnosed the problem wrong and had to order more parts. I was told that the parts were coming in on January 1st and should only take a few more days to assemble and get it back to me Furthermore I come to find out that the car should have been marked as totaled from the beginning if they would have diagnosed the problem correctly and not waited until 3 months in.** I cannot believe the terrible level of service I have been given. I never leave bad reviews, but it has gotten to the point where I have no other option.

I incurred some minor damage to the rear of my vehicle in December of 2024. I took my car, a 2022 Tesla, to their shop for an estimate and then selected them to do the work. They were fair and very efficient. I received very timely updates during the three days they had the car. The repairs were completed on time and the work they did was EXCELLENT. They even pre-washed and post-washed the car. They vacuumed and cleaned the interior. It seemed like a full detail job to me. They even repaired a small ding above and beyond the repair necessary. These guys are fantastic. There could not be a better collision repair shop. If I ever need any body repair again, I will definitely go to them. I give them 6 out of 5 stars.---Dale M.

Worst experience ever with a body shop! took the car in for left front end damage. Knowing it would need new bumper skin and all the fasteners, headlight paint and some body work. I own a business in Tucson and deal with collision work on a daily basis. we work with body shops and insurance companies regularly. They gave us an estimate for almost $8,000. They wanted to replace both front and rear wheels along with a few other questionable items when they were not even damaged from the accident in question. When we received the estimate we said we would be picking up the car and taking it elsewhere, we had to pay $1,300 for the estimate and 4 days storage. which i understand the storage but $150 a day! these guys are a RIP OFF!!! Of course you know they have done shady work in the past when they require a cashiers check for their work.

One of the worst experiences. No one notified me that Kaizen backed my car into a wall. File a complaint with bbb and the attorney General. They damaged my car and didn't even tell me. My front grill was not replaced with the correct one and my windshield was not installed in time and correctly. Communication and customer service is non existent here. No one called to update me on my my estimated repair time. Kaizen glass is worse and didn't even let me know there were issues placed blame on me. My sensor fell off 2 weeks later.

By far the most reliable auto shop, the service was amazing, the staff was very friendly. They even answer the phone! Most shops I feel it takes awhile for that to happen!

Southwest Collision is the best! I had hit a deer in early March that caused some body damage and got the car fixed up in August this year. Not only did these guys seamlessly repair my car, it honestly sounds quieter (less road noise) than when I bought it. Stellar communication/customer service with these guys and they treat you as if you were family. Hopefully I won't need any more body work done on my cars in the future, but if I do, this is where I'll go.

I unfortunately had to take my Tesla to kaizen since there aren’t many Tesla certified body shops. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAUGE. My model y was in for a simple rear quarter fender bender(bumper, rear quarter, hatch). 9/13 they call me to tell me car was ready one hour before close. I rushed over to get the car but upon arriving I immediately notify the terrible fitment of the trunk and the new bumper. They tell me I can come back next week to fix, no biggie right. As soon as we leave with the car I notice the taillight wasn’t working. Upon inspection, I realize this isn’t the correct taillight for the car since it had a red blinker and not orange(Tesla updated taillights mid 2020) Well on 9/14 I start to notice more wrong with the car. They broke the rear quarter window trim(it was on the floor in the car), charged for an emblem that they didn’t put on the car(and the incorrect one at that), paint overspray on the plastic trim above the wheel, and the new paint was covered in orange peel. On 9/16 I take the car back in the manager, tells me the car will be fine tooth combed through before I get the car back. Mind you I live 50 min away. So on 9/19 i get the car back. Again, the car still has bumper and hatch fitment issues, swirls and sanding from their attempt to remove orange peel where they paint, and the original taillight that should’ve been replaced to begin with bcus it was damaged. Today 9/24 I go back yet again, to have those issues address. At this point I no longer trusted them with the car and was just wanting to have the bumper fitment issue fixed since the paint was now flaking in the area bcus it wasn’t fitted onto the car correctly. The assist manager Joe got upset bcus I told him they charge an arm and a leg and this is the work they put out and proceeds to tell me he’s a veteran and bcus of my attitude isn’t going to help me now. He also went on to tell me I don’t know anything about the body shop business, and that I’m not the one paying for the work. No you’re right Joe, I’m not. But my insurance is. I wonder who pays for my insurance? You can see the missing emblem in the pic, the terrible hatch fitment, and malfunctioning taillight

When I went to the shop, the guy was excellent, and the lady in front desk was amicable. That made me believe that they could do a great job. But after that, I received a call back (just today/ March 22/18-09:54am) makes me very mad. The lady on the phone (Casey something?) very rude and spluttered due to the phone call cuts out( I couldn't hear her well). I misunderstood that she was calling from the Southwind Insurance Company instead of the Southwest Collision, she did not understand and keep saying: have a good day bye bye sir(badly) with no patient and further explanation. This sudden call ruins all my good mood in the morning and makes me want to try to go another place. This is absolutely not the right way to call back to check if your customer is still interested in your business. They should make an apology for that. Also, hope this review could help for any further communicate like the other review below.q / Update, they did mostly great job for my car, I pick it up about two months+ later when I am back (I asked about after a month they told me will be done in a week but a week later it still on progres.) so the speed can be better. After I pick it up, I found several problems on the gas station nearby, drive back, and they fixed it. (My windshield water control goes opposite way. And the front bumper still goes out a little bit.) Most of the stuff that I see in person was very nice. After that, I change one star to four stars. Could be better will faster speed and Pro work. And again Vitoria at the front desk and the lady manager we're very very nice!/ Few days later my front bumper still pops out

Amazing customer service. I was having trouble getting my insurance to cover the repair and they made a call and helped make it happen. Insurance is now refunding me $1000, thank you Kaizen!

This is my second attempt at trusting this repair shop. Do yourself a favor and move on to the next company because this company will have you without a car for months and then when it’s returned, they’ll say it’s completed, but your car will be missing parts. O star all around because the 1 star I’m forced to rate you is a joke.

The repair on my Tesla looks terrible. The paint texture and color doesn’t even match. They also left my frunk open in a rain storm. Management never follows up with concerns. Now I get to take my car back to get re-repaired.

Great company and service. I needed a Tesla certified collision center from a car accident. This place was wonderful from the beginning to end. Great communication and service and well knowledge in everything they were doing. Keep me updated on what was going on with my car. Highly recommend this place for any collision service.
