Sean was awesome! He installed a stage 7 icon kit on my FJ cruiser. Most time it’s a 2 day job but my FJ had a previous lift kit that made the job a bit longer. We were both unaware of this when I dropped it off but Sean was so cool and professional about it. It ended up take a few more days cause he wanted to make sure the job got done RIGHT. Had to wait on some parts and he got them for me on HIS store credit at Toyota, and didn’t charge me extra. Most people would have just slapped it on and moved on to the next job. Not Sean he made sure it got done right no matter how long it took. And always kept me updated. Would recommend 10/10.

Sean and his team made sure I was taken care of and answered all of my questions regarding higher speeds and lower speeds on trails. Had an amazing experience with Sean at Kaizen offroad. I went in for a rebuild and revalve on some kings. He not only was a very personable and realistic person to deal with. His intelligence and tribal knowledge regarding the characteristics on how I would want my truck to perform to the outcome of the rebuild and revalve was exactly what I received. Kaizen Offroad has been my go to shop for anything suspension! Had Kaizen install my King 2.5” shocks as well as install my Panhard Correction Kit. After suspension was installed and settled, I asked Kevin to reduce my preload up front about 1/2”. Sean and Kevin are very informative and will be happy to give suggestions based on what you are trying to do. Called King Racing shocks to get mine rebuilt. Was told they were backed up 4 months BUT they suggested I give Sean a call at Kaizen Off-road, Great call! Sean lined me out on shipping my shocks out to him and getting all the information to rebuild my shocks. They had them done in ONE DAY and shipped out the next day. I got them on today, let me tell you they ride better than new with the revalve that Sean took care of. Great courteous knowledgeable guy. Can’t say enough great things about them. I will be using them again for any of my suspension needs
